Mary and her team were exceptional!! The deep clean of the kitchen with an add-on to wash ALL dishware, pots and pans, and everything in between plus fridge and they even cleaned the foyer! They wouldn't let me finish my living room without jumping in LOL. I was so pleased that I scheduled a deep clean of the entire house and bi-weekly maintenance. They were respectful, friendly, and great to work with. Highly recommend.

This was my first time using Kimmay Services. Customer service was amazing! Kimmay is very sweet! I booked a deep clean for a move in home & I feel like the two ladies that arrived to preform the job didn’t do as I felt should have been done. I didn’t want to be in the way and constantly look over their shoulders so I trusted that they did the job. I will assume that they did actually clean really good the kitchen instead of just wiping it all down. The only reason I say that is because the floors were not cleaned good at all. They didn’t have an actual mop to get the floors good. The lady actually missed the closet area which had dirt still in it so I had to get her to go back over it. The kitchen had a sticky spot that was there still on the floor. They just needed an actual mop to get the floors scrubbed good & clean which are all hardwood floors. I did see them clean the windows & baseboards as stated they would. So overall they did what they could. I just wasn’t happy about the floors being hardly cleaned which made me feel like the bathroom & kitchen was probably a wipe down job instead of actually a deep scrub clean. Other than that.. Kimmay was very sweet & professional!

Norma from Kimmay's Cleaning Services did an absolutely amazing job cleaning my place! From start to finish, she was professional, detail-oriented, and incredibly thorough. Every room looked and felt refreshed, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was spotless and organized.
What really stood out was the care she put into the small details — you can tell she takes pride in her work. My home feels cleaner, brighter, and more comfortable than it has in a long time. (And she was really fast)

Cleaned windows inside & out for two story home. Also, cleaned gutters & power washed front steps & walkway. Efficient. Thorough. Careful. Good communication. Professional. Seem to have all the right tools & equipment & pointed out some flaws that we can address that weren’t necessarily related to windows. *Highly recommend & I’m particular!

I hired Memphis Clean Windows to come and clean at my business, Sun Studio. Not only do the windows look great now, but they were able to perform the work under time constraints (before we open for business). The price was very reasonable as well! I would definitely recommend this company!

They cleaned my gutters and also did an amazing job on my skylights and windows. My windows had heavy smoke damage and paint spills and they removed all of that and made them sparkle. Dependable and reasonable, I highly recommend.

All I can say is WOW. This group of men are awesome!! They showed up on time the day after I called them an done an amazing job! They went about their job quickly and efficiently. They were very friendly an took a lot of pride in their work. If you have never had your windows professionally cleaned you don't know what your missing. Scott and Tim just left. They washed our windows and cleaned our gutters. Tim even did a bit of gutter repair at no extra charge. The house shines. They were very professional and just plain nice. I highly recommend them. Oh, and the price was right!

Wow! Just had my exterior and interior windows cleaned and they look brand new!! Scott is the owner and actually worked the job and cares to get the job done perfectly. Very professional, I would highly recommend!

Very professional and friendly. I had my windows done at my house and couldn't be happier. Scott immediately called me back, came out the next morning to give me a fair estimate, and then cleaned my windows that day. He was done within a couple hours and now my windows are spotless. Will definitely use his services again and highly recommend. Can't wait for him to pressure wash my driveway next month.
