I had a nice rug with a huge pet stain. I had tried cleaning it with my own carpet cleaner, and I think I just made the situation worse! Doug picked it up and in a week, it was clean! He knows just what to do to get each kind of stain and/or odor out. Don’t do it yourself! Call Doug and he will save your rug, if it is savable! Thanks so much for saving my nice rug!

We had carpets that were stained and no life about them.
I called the office for a quote and received a few options of service. Then, when Mr Nelson arrived he measured the rooms and suggested that not all rooms needed the same cleaning. He was very professional and nice and importantly honest.
Will use Nelson carpet cleaning again and again and I highly recommend him.

Doug our technician was amazing. He was very punctual, great communication & competent. He explained the science in answering my questions about persistent dirt at edges of older carpet as well as stain removal. Great experience with Doug our technician. He was very kind. They did a thorough job cleaning our couch, side chairs, custom pillows and dining room chairs. We will definitely have them back in the future for all our upholstery cleaning needs.

We booked a deep clean with Kimmay’s Cleaning Service in February. The owner, Marisol, responded to my Facebook inquiry almost immediately. I shared what I was looking for, and she scheduled a deep cleaning service for the following week. Estrella and Yami are our cleaners. They are phenomenal! They came in, I gave them a quick house tour, and they jumped right in. Our home was spotless when they left: our white bathroom tile was cleaner than it was when we moved in, shower glass & windows were glistening, the interior doors were a new shade of white, the ceiling fans and light fixtures were meticulously dusted, our wood floors shined, they organized the shoes in our closet, washed dishes, wiped down the kitchen & game room appliances, restored (degreased) the cast iron stove grates, and, even with a shedding dog, there were no traces of pet hair. Our home smelled clean (IYKYK) for days after they left. Before they finished the initial deep clean, we’d already set up and booked a recurring cleaning schedule with Marisol. We had our first monthly clean today. Absolutely no complaints! We’d recommend Kimmay’s again and again!

I booked Kimmay services for a move out deep cleaning. They arrived timely, and did an amazing job on a 4 bdr, 2.5 bathroom home. Also their communication throughout the entire process was very consistent. I would absolutely book them again!
