we had our office carpets cleaned by allen & sons carpet cleaners and couldn't be happier with the results. kristopher came out quickly to give us an estimate, and erick in the office helped us with all the building requirements and scheduling everything smoothly. we got a few quotes from other places, but chose this company because of a recommendation and the great price. our carpets look fresh and spotless now. the service was fast, friendly, and really made a difference in our workspace. we’ll definitely use them again for future carpet cleaning!

jonah came out to clean our carpets and also sealed our kitchen tiles. he did a really nice job. not long after, our dog had an accident on one of the carpets, and we tried our best to clean it up ourselves before calling jonah. he was able to fit us into his schedule quickly, which we really appreciated. some of the stain reappeared after the carpet dried, just like jonah had mentioned might happen. he told us if that happened, to let him know and he would come back to treat it again at no extra charge. he kept his promise and came back to use a stronger carpet cleaning solution, and this time the stain was completely gone. we highly recommend this carpet cleaning service. jonah is very knowledgeable, professional, and super friendly—easy to talk to and helpful with advice!

I am extremely happy with how clean our carpets turned out! With several kids and pets, our older carpets were looking really dirty, especially in one room. Now everything looks spotless and fresh, much better than I expected. I usually have a hard time booking with other companies because they’re always full, but Allen & Sons Carpet Cleaners got me scheduled in just two days, which was amazing. The team was professional and kept in touch about everything, making the whole process easy. I found this carpet cleaning service in Memphis because a friend highly recommended them. Asher and the team were outstanding! They were professional, friendly, on time, and did excellent work on my carpets. I had to reschedule my first appointment because of a conflict, but Asher called me as soon as another slot opened up and made it easy to switch. The technician, Samuel, did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. I was especially worried about some chalk stains in one area, but they got them out completely! I highly recommend this carpet cleaning company and will definitely use their services again.

UPDATE 4/14/25 REPLY to response from the owner: I have tried to "reach out directly" multiple times by email, by phone, leaving voicemails, texts, and calling the reps cell phone. NO ONE answers the phone, replies to messages or emails, and I know you read them. Y'all just ghost people and think it's ok to reply here A YEAR LATER. I will report this company to the FTC for fraud/theft of services and encourage anyone else suffering from their non-payment to do the same.

This is duplicate listing for the same business with a whole bunch of one-star reviews because they DON'T PAY THEIR VENDORS. Do not use this business because they have already stolen time and service from too many people, including me, and think they can just make another page to avoid the poor reviews. Zero stars.

Brooke is a great housekeeper! She knows how to make it happen. She listened when I requested no harsh chemical smells. I come in and it’s light and fresh, and always clean. She’s young, strong and full of energy, and can get it done much faster than me. It was time to hand cleaning over to Brooke, and I am so glad that I did!

Brooke is a warm and wonderful person. She always does such a thorough job of cleaning my place. She's always honest with her tasks and time and I trust her completely in my house when I'm not there. If I ask for some special love or attention to certain areas of my home she's very responsive. I wish I could have her come every day.

I can’t recommend Brooke highly enough! I do in-home pet/house sitting on the side since I work from home, and one of my clients was a client of Brooke’s, and she’s cleaned his home during two of my sits at his house — I was very impressed with it and asked for her contact info.

Due to that, I already had high expectations for her initial cleaning service, and she still exceeded those:) Brooke is professional, friendly, and trustworthy, and most importantly, she does a fantastic, thorough job. We’ve used a few different services here in Memphis, and Brooke’s work surpassed all of them! For a lower price point too. Can’t beat the value!
