Nelson Carpet Cleaning was over the top. They evaluated each of my rugs & furniture before cleaning and determined different treatments they needed and on needed two different cleaning treatments for the best results.

If I could give Doug 10 stars I would! This is our second time having him come in to stretch and clean our carpet. Extremely professional and friendly. Goes above and beyond to make sure your carpet looks its best. Everyone should use him!

Gave quotes up front, arrived on time, were polite and took care to protect walls and floors so that they would not be damaged by their equipment. Completed their work quickly and adjusted my quote down based on the smaller area than estimated and did not charge for an added service that I did not need. As usual, Nelson Carpet Cleaning Company did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. All stains were removed. They look so good that now, I just hate to walk on them and leave foot prints.

Doug Nelson arrived at the scheduled time. He explained everything he was going to do before starting so that I fully understood and agreed with the scope of work. My carpets are medium gray color and it's hard to tell when they're dirty. But now it's easy to see the difference after cleaning. Doug was very pleasant and professional.

Doug and Malachi were great, easy to work with and the carpets look brand new! They stretched a bedroom carpet so there wouldn’t be bumps anymore from where furniture sat. Our entire upstairs is carpeted. Doug came to our house gave me a quote and thoroughly explained the cleaning process. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about carpeting, stains and how to clean things. We discussed moving furniture and how that would all be accomplished.
Doug and his son came to clean the carpets and move the furniture. They first vacuumed the carpet and then treated it and cleaned it. The carpet is actually a lighter color now that the dirt is gone! The carpets look fantastic! Doug also stretched an area that was starting to buckle and that area is now smooth without any buckles.
I would highly recommend Nelson Carpet Cleaning. I am very happy with the professional job that they did in cleaning the carpets! Communication with confirming the appointments and estimate was also outstanding!

Had Saxton out to clean 2 large rugs and a sectional couch yesterday. Was very professional with his services and efficient with his time. Took him a little over an hour to clean the 3 items. The couch is a whole new color & has new life to it! Happy to see the vibrant colors back in my rugs as well. Reasonably priced & great customer service. The communication from Megan throughout the scheduling process & automatic updates from their system was much appreciated. Very satisfied with the overall service, will use again in the future.
