What amazing service! We were thoroughly impressed with every part of the carpet cleaning we received. Communication was excellent, and they even checked in to see if they could arrive a bit earlier, which was very convenient for us. Justin was extremely detailed and careful during the deep cleaning of our carpets and couches. He took the time to figure out what was causing the stains and explained the best way to remove them before starting the job. My experience with this place. It sucks because my mother had had a comforter. Dropped off at the one on Riverdale, and we went to go pick it up today. And then they tell us that it was sent to the other one on Ridgeway, and they did not tell us that because they told us to pick it up at the 1 on Riverdale. So their information it sucks

I absolutely do not recommend this cleaners. I had a new shirt pressed. When it was returned it had a burn hole. The owners never contacted me and the counter attendant acted like he couldn't understand/speak English well enough to relay the message. I tried contacting them to no avail. I never made that mistake again. If your attendant can't communicate, how can you run a trustworthy business. Customer beware!!!

Today, I came at 7:00 am and waited for five minutes. No one was here. I left. I came back at 5:59pm. They were closed and no one was in the building. Moral of the story, the open late and close early. Straight up unprofessional…

Use to love. Now lazy same price not same day service. People won't get off phone to do there job. Been coming here for 9 years and that stops today. Oh and pickup 4 pm twice now had to come next day as not ready. So paying for 3 day service. Pathetic

I was assaulted (charged at in a aggressive manner that caused me to fear for my safety) because I didn't want to pay for my jacket that had the same stains and lent in it that I dropped it off with the day before. A false police report was filed against me, for simple assault giving the officers misleading information. I defended myself by hollering and scaring him to get him away from me after he charged at me getting all in my personal space.See photos

Nathan from Donald's Carpet Cleaners arrived right on schedule and greeted me in the morning. By the time I got home later that day, the carpets looked almost brand new—like they had just been installed. The team moved my furniture with no complaints and handled everything smoothly. The prices were fair and the whole experience was fantastic. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely use them again!

We have used carpet cleaning services before, but this was by far the best experience we have had. Jaime provided outstanding service and made our carpets look almost new again. He was able to remove pet stains that other carpet cleaners had left behind, and the whole carpet looked fresh, clean, and well cared for when he finished. Before starting the cleaning, Jaime also fixed a corner of the carpet that had pulled loose from the tack strip, which we really appreciated. That extra attention to detail showed real care and professionalism. The cleaning process was thorough, and even our upholstery came out looking refreshed.
