The service was quick, taking about an hour to clean, and the carpet dried in around an hour and a half, which was perfect for the warm Memphis weather. The floors were not soaked or overly wet, and the cleaning products worked very well without leaving a heavy residue. The results looked awesome, with the carpet feeling fresh, clean, and renewed. robert had a great personality and strong people skills, which made the whole visit easy and pleasant. i would recommend this carpet cleaning service to anyone who needs professional work, great results, and fair pricing. The cost was very reasonable and affordable, and the overall experience was excellent.
