if you are looking for top notch carpet cleaning and real professionalism, look no further. the team was friendly and worked quickly. we run our business from our basement, and with lots of people coming in and out, our carpets got really dirty and stained. after trying expensive stain removers and renting carpet cleaners ourselves with hardly any luck, we finally called infinery carpet&rug cleaning. marvin was able to get our carpets looking fresh and almost brand new again. the whole process was fast and everyone was super polite. i’ve already recommended them to friends. give them a try—they won’t let you down!

We had a fantastic experience with our carpet cleaning! The technician, Marvin, arrived a little early and took some time to check out all the areas that needed attention before starting the work. He put in a lot of effort and made sure to do a very thorough job. Marvin kept us updated throughout the process and was extra careful not to mark up any walls or banisters while moving his equipment around. Our carpet is a very light color and was already in the house when we moved in, so it’s not the highest quality. After the cleaning, it looks so much cleaner and fresher. While it doesn’t look brand new, all the dirt and stains are gone, and we’re extremely happy with the results. If we ever decide to replace the carpet, we’ll definitely go for a darker shade next time since Tennessee can get pretty warm and light carpets show everything! We waited a bit too long before getting our carpets cleaned, but we’re glad we finally did. The service was outstanding and we highly recommend them for anyone needing carpet cleaning!

Let me share my experience—I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I just had to after how great my carpet cleaning went. I called for service in Memphis, and Derek was so helpful on the phone, answering all my questions about stain and pet odor removal. He even told me about a special they were offering, which was a nice surprise. Roger came out to do the cleaning, arrived right on time, and was very professional. He explained each step of the cleaning, including how he checks for hidden pet stains with a black light. After he finished, my carpets looked fresh and clean, and the house smelled much better. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, and I could tell they really care about doing a good job. For anyone in Memphis looking for top-notch carpet cleaning, I definitely recommend this team!

We recently hired Molly Maid for what was supposed to be a deep clean of part of our home (regular for part), and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations.

Our appointment was initially set for a 9:00–11:30 AM arrival window. Later in the morning, we were told it had shifted to 12:30–1:30 PM, so we went to run errands, only to get a last-minute call saying the cleaners were already at our house—forcing us to cut errands short and rush home. A simple courtesy update earlier in the day, firstly, telling us they would be arriving later than earlier, would have avoided the disruption.

The cleaning crew was polite and pleasant, and this review is not about their attitudes. The problem was the process and quality. After showing them the home, we were asked mid-job to start “checking” their work. This meant walking through rooms with the cleaners present, pointing out missed areas—dust left on surfaces, a sofa still covered in cat hair, a room that appeared untouched, curtain rods skipped entirely, rugs not lifted to vacuum underneath, and bathroom fixtures (including a toilet I specifically reminded them about) still not fully cleaned.

This setup was uncomfortable and unprofessional. A cleaning company should have a supervisor or team lead inspect the work before the customer is asked to review it. As paying clients, we shouldn’t have to act as the quality control manager—especially for a premium-priced service.

The most disappointing part: the downstairs (about 2,000 sq. ft.) was supposed to receive the deep clean, with the upstairs getting a standard clean. The entire job—4,000 sq. ft. total—was finished in just 4.5 hours by three cleaners. Based on general industry guidelines, a deep clean for a 2,000–3,000 sq. ft. home usually takes 6–8 hours. This was rushed, and it showed. The hardwood floors had a cloudy film, the countertops felt sticky, and several “nooks and crannies” were untouched.

In the end, we paid nearly $1,000 and at best received a basic clean of the entire house. On the surface, the home looked presentable, but closer inspection revealed it lacked the thoroughness we paid for. We even ended up cleaning several things ourselves after the crew left.

Friendly staff - hence two stars instead of one - but no attention to detail, no true deep-clean results, and no value for the price. We will be looking elsewhere for future cleanings and we recommend others do the same.

I have been so impressed with Molly Maids from Courtney who came out to do my estimate to Matt who took my call when I decided to hire the company to the team of ladies who came out to clean my house! Everyone has been wonderful! The ladies who came to clean were very friendly but professional. They got right to work and had the whole house smelling clean in less than 30 minutes! This was my initial deep clean and those ladies cleaned EVERYTHING! They dusted every picture frame and then MOVED STUFF to dust the frames behind the furniture! I am still so impressed with them! They were super fast, too! Detail-oriented and fast? Yes, ma’am! AND HAPPY! Those ladies were just as cheerful when they finished as when they got there! I cannot say enough good things about Team #7! I have already recommended them to my friends and family!

Very very happy with our deep clean service! Molly Maid came highly recommended from a friend and my team (Morgan, Leann, Misty, & Hunter) did not disappoint. They were all very kind and respectful, and worked super hard for the 7-8 hours they were at our home. It now feels and smells very clean, and they were even able to get out some large floor stains due to adhesive. Definitely recommend!

Great team. Only complaint is I am no longer receiving text notifications of upcoming service and updates on scheduled arrival and when they are on the way

This was my first experience with Molly Maid and I really didn't know what to expect. Team 7 (Laterica & Shawna) were wonderful. They came in very professional and cleaned my 2 story home spotless. My husband came home & was impressed on the great job they did even cleaning the high ceiling fan blades. I would recommend them and can't wait to see them again next month..

Molly Maid cleaners are great. I have a team lead (Ms Jasmin) I can expect to be here every time, so she knows what needs to be done, saving me time vs if I had a new person each time. They are very thorough and responsive to special requests. The house smells wonderful after they are here. My neighbor always notices. Thanks for removing a chore that needs to be done on top of everything else.

Summary: Got a written estimate for ~$600–$760, was charged $1,800 instead. Attempts to resolve it have gone nowhere.

In February, we had an estimator from Molly Maid walk through our home and give us a quote. We asked for a written estimate to confirm services and cost, and she sent one specific to our address: About $600–$760 for exactly what we requested.

We moved forward because that price seemed reasonable. The cleaning team itself was polite (this isn’t about them), though a few promised spots were missed. The real issue came later when we were charged $1,800. Assuming it was a mistake, we contacted the estimator. Instead of addressing the discrepancy, she responded unprofessionally and condescendingly, claimed we’d agreed to a “deep cleaning,” and dismissed the written estimate as “auto-generated”, even though it matched our request and home details exactly. She also overestimated our home’s square footage despite us providing the correct number.

When we reached out to the business for help, they sent us back to her each time. I even tried calling the numbers they post here for unhappy customers; most went unanswered. The one time I reached someone (in May), I was told a supervisor would call me back. No one ever did.

Seeing similar complaints from other customers about overcharging and lack of follow-up, it’s hard not to feel this is a pattern the company is ignoring rather than fixing.

Would have appreciated better communication and service from this company. Even though they knew the square footage of our home, only 2 people showed up and the home still had areas that looked untouched. For what they charged for a move in cleaning, there was an expectation for cleanliness and customer satisfaction. After coming back to our home, and finding the floors barely touched and the blinds were just turned in the other direction to give the illusion of being cleaned, I can understand the reason other gave poor reviews.

On top of all that they charged us for the cleaning and have now gone silent after complaining about the lack of cleaned areas. They pretended to care by asking for pictures but there is no way to see the dust and dirt on the floors from photos. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.
