Don't waste your time with this company. Children trying to operate in an adult world. Told me no less that five times they would show up and never did.
They came out quickly and fixed my water heater the same day. Very professional and fair pricing. Hot water is back and working great!
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! If I could leave ZERO stars, I would! I try to do business locally as much as I can, so I gave this company a chance (actually 3 chances) even after seeing a couple bad reviews; I called 3 days in a row & was told that a tech would be coming within a 3 hour window; I made arrangements to be there because I live in a gated community & they NEVER showed or called to explain. They also never answered my calls or texts. On the 4th day, I called Tim Ferguson HVAC & they sent someone out that same day & had me fixed up in a couple hours!
