Ronnie and the team are awesome and really work hard to keep your yard in tip top shape. They took care of our yard this past year and it's never looked better! Their knowledge of lawn care is evident as our yard is weed free, thick and healthy. Its awesome not having to worry about what and when specific chemicals and fertilizers need to be applied. They also focus on the soil health which is the key to a great lawn.

I have used several different companies to handle my lawn and I have not been more satisfied than I am now. I can not say enough about Ronnie and his team. They are so dedicated to making sure you are a happy customer. Plus, he actually answers the phone when you call. I have recommended Advanced Lawn Solutions to a couple of coworkers and they are extremely satisfied as well. I really appreciate your hard work! Thank You

Identified two leaks in my irrigation system, found both on the first dig for each saving my lawn from being destroyed. Lines had been hit by fiber optic installation.

ADDING TO MY REVIEW AFTER THE COMPANY RESPONDED TO MY ORIGINIAL: LOL! Of course you never did any work for me and you also did not take the time to read my review! If you had read it you would know the negative review was to tell you WHY I DID NOT HIRE YOU!.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: After explaining that I have a good working knowledge of irrigation systems and can do some minor repairs myself but I have a few repairs that require professional help: 1)pin hole leak in pvc portion of the backflow (prob caused by string trimmer), 3 heads that need to be moved a few feet away from current position & 1 head that is not working & likely needs to be replaced. They told me they cannot give me an estimate on the work without FIRST charging me $130 for a 1 hour evaluation of my entire system. My yard is small and the system is working as expected so it could not possibly take an hour to evaluate it. I realize this will be a small job for whomever I find, but seriously? you can't give an estimate without charging $130 for it???

I was impressed coming from another company that the person took their time and made sure that not only my yard was sprayed properly but also my landscaping!

When Ronnie and Josh first begun their work on our yard after we built our home their work was cut out. After dealing with builder seed that washed out, rocks, and uncontrollable weeds.

Ronnie and team began with treating the soil and lawn yielding immediate changes. Prior to the first full aeration and over seed Josh laid out an amazing irrigation setup. Once everything was installed the team begun the seeding process and our bare yard became the greenest on the street.

But the work didn't stop there, they added even more pop to our home with an amazing led lighting system. Just like the irrigation system they installed high quality easy to use system. Just set it and forget it.

They continue to consult and adapt to challenges and hurdles that arise to maintain our lawn. Both them and their team are very responsive and deliver great results. Look around the area and you will find the best looking yards are treated by Advanced Lawn Solutions. We will continue to use them for years to come.

I’ve been having a great experience with advanced lawn solutions. Our grass is Bermuda and they know what they are doing. It’s not like other grass and they know how to treat it. Our lawn has looked great! They have been professional, responsive and reasonably priced. No complaints. I highly recommend them!

Integrity. So rare in a contractor, but Advanced Lawn Solutions has it in spades. They made every appointment on time. Installed our system when they told us they would—5 years ago. They’ve maintained our lawn to be the best in the neighborhood. Great communication. Professional. We had to wait to get a place in their schedule, and they weren’t the cheapest bid. They are the best value, however, and their quality is unsurpassed.

I have shared a valued relationship with Advanced Lawn Solutions for over 20 years. When you see the owner of the company assisting with the Spring start up of your irrigation system, you know that have the right lawn care company.

Used Advanced for weed control services. Noticed that my fenced back yard was getting worse after moving service to Advanced from competitor, so I started paying closer attention to services being rendered. After looking at security camera footage, I noticed they simply weren't treating my back yard, which was supposed to be part of the service. 3 times this happened with no call, text, message to ask for combo (which was provided initially). On the 4th time, I called to cancel service because I no longer trusted them to do what was agreed to initially. Rather than offer to treat the back yard (or even apologize), the person that answered just canceled the service and said they'd look into it. I'd rate 1 star, but my front yard is ok (not great by any means, but not bad either).

Dropped from 2 to one star, based on feedback from owner. The "According to our records" comment didn't sit right with me when I saw it. It reads like I'm being accused of lying. I'm not. I should have made a bigger deal about this initially, when I was all but certain the back yard wasn't being treated. It doesn't matter though. Treated or not, there were tons of weeds in the backyard. So, either the job wasn't being done or it was done poorly.

I just started using them this year. They have been great! Would highly recommend.

We were Advanced Lawn Solutions customers for almost three years and never had any issue. Their prices were a little high, but they delivered on good service. Starting in 2023, their service fell off the map! Our sprinkler system needed three separate service calls and visits and was never fixed, ultimately resulting in trying to charge us an additional $300. Erroneous charges to a separate system that wasn't even operational. When we disputed these charges after we had cancelled our service, the young lady on the phone was extremely rude and turned our account over to a collection agency?!?!? Not sure what happened to this once very good company.

They came very quickly to replace poor performing TruGreen. Jason was amazing and explained how everything will work. I just had my first treatment and look forward to no weeds very soon. Highly recommended!

We have used Advanced Lawn Solutions for 9 years and at 2 homes. They have always been ahead of the game in offering solutions sometimes before I see the problem. We originally hired them after knocking on a neighbors door and asking who they used. It was a no brainer to continue their service at our new home. We even added the tree and shrub service for 3 years to give everything the best chance at survival. Now we have neighbors asking us who we use!!

I started using this company back in 2019 and was really happy with the service at the time — great customer service and quality work. After trying a competitor for a short period, I returned within a year because I thought this company had been the better choice. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill since then.
The quality of service has noticeably declined. I've seen more weeds than ever in both my front and back yard — something I hadn’t experienced with them in the early years. That alone was frustrating, but I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt.
The bigger issue came recently during an aeration and seeding service, when one of their technicians damaged my irrigation line. When I called to address the problem, I was told the lines weren’t buried deep enough (they said 6 inches is code), but then admitted their own service can penetrate up to 6 inches. So basically, they know their process can hit irrigation lines but take no responsibility if it does — even though it’s clearly within the depth they claim to work.
To make things worse, I was told the company isn’t liable because they didn’t install the irrigation system and don’t know where the lines are — even though I was only asked to mark the sprinkler heads (not the lines) in advance. They even offered to “fix” the issue, but only for an extra fee through another department of their own company — which felt pretty shady, as if they’re charging to fix damage they caused.
I’m really disappointed. What used to be a dependable, high-quality service has turned into a company that won’t stand behind its work and leaves customers to deal with costly damage.
My husband warned against leaving a review because of how unprofessional and unempathetic the owner's responses are, and we will still need to pay for repairs to line and yard. However, I felt compelled to warn other patrons. I would advise others to be cautious. At the very least, don’t use this company if you have an irrigation system — and if you do, be prepared to handle problems on your own, because they won’t.

I use Advanced Lawn Solutions for all of my treatment and over-seeding work. They consult on specific treatment needs and are willing to return to ensure success.

Advanced Lawn Solutions has transformed our yard into a beautiful oasis for us to enjoy. All of our neighbors compliment us on our yard. From aerating and seeding in the fall to full year round care, they are the best in the area.

DO NOT give these people your business. After 10 years of being great customers, receiving quarterly treatments with no issues, and paying our bill in full immediately after service, we received a call from a rude woman, who has no business working in customer service, telling us that our quarterly cost is going from $93 to over $400 because we added trees from when we first started using them in 2017. I explained that we've had the same number of trees from the start, she argued that their drone footage told them differently, and she continued telling me about OUR YARD and all the work and $$ we had invested when she had no clue what she was talking about. Speaking with the VP Swett was no better...another rude woman. We canceled our service with Advanced Lawn Solutions and found a, wonderful local small, family-owned business that was more than happy to take care of us and not bully us about our own property. It's alarming that these people did not even care about losing a 10-year customer who had paid them thousands.

Jacob and Jordan were great to work with throughout our renovation project. They were always timely, communicated well, and delivered a great finished product. We did have a small paint issue after completion, and they came back quickly to make it right with no hassle. Really appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend these guys!

Jake responded immediately and was incredibly professional. Jose communicated promptly and thoroughly. He did a great job! We would recommend him to everyone!
