Edy was very professional and straightforward during our estimate and beyond! He and his team did a great job on our small landscaping project including extending and re-mulching our mulch bed and replacing some shrubs for us. It was quick and quality work!

A friend of mine recommended Edy, so I felt comfortable was certain he would do a good job, We had our front and back yard dug up and sod laid, upon completion our maintenance was to water for 3 weeks and it would help settle. Our backyard has not settled and this was last year. It is hard to mow it's very very lumpy. We called after a few months and told him the issue and he never got back with us, NOTHING!! I do not recommend. Edy is friendly but we are having to suffer the consequences and eventually get someone else to fix it.

We are so happy with the job Edy and his crew provided for us! My father is elderly and has some health issues and his property had become a real overgrown mess of TN weeds, weed trees, ivy choking out everything. It was so depressing to look at.
Edy and his crew showed up this morning and got busy! Edy runs a very professional and knowledgeable crew. I wish I could post before and after photos here. They did far more than what I expected and we could not be more pleased. They went above and beyond our expectations and at an excellent price. We are incredibly grateful.

Amazing experience from start to finish, we could not be more pleased with the service and product provided! Arevalo regraded our yard, and installed irrigation and sod, the pictures speak for themselves! Very professional team, highly recommend!

Edy and his crew did a great job. They worked through weather situations out of their control to get my back yard sodded. The sod installation required some light grading which was all done by hand. They also helped remove some dirt and Rock left over from a previous project. I chose Bermuda because of its hardiness. Edy made recommendations to help other areas of my yard as well. I can’t wait for the sod to become permanent and green this Spring. The crew also made sure not to damage existing grass and cleaned up before they left.

Couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everything was custom built, the team was super easy to work with, and Edy stayed very responsive the whole time. Pricing was very fair, and even when a few things popped up that weren’t their fault, they handled it quickly and professionally. Friendly group and the final product turned out great.

The lady is very rude and act like your bothering them to do their job . It’s crazy how unprofessional they are.

The guy working there was so freakin' nice. He even helped me throw a giant display case in the dumpster without even having to ask for help!!!

Always late and don't put the garbage can back properly. I have had to pick it up off the street several times.

Spoke to a kind man about the reoccurring issues with our trash pick-up , and he was friendly and understanding. I am hopeful that change will be inacted .

Most screwed up phone system ever! Someone in the department needs to call after hours and press 1! I pay to get garbage picked up but did not get done!

Wouldn’t empty one of our containers. Emptied the other one. I guess he didn’t like what was in it!!! I’ll bet if it was in certain 💰💰neighborhoods it would have been emptied!!

Given that it has advertised "operational hours" of 7:30 to 3:15, you would think that when you show-up at 2:45 that they would actually be open on a Friday...not the case.

Very rude when calling asking for trash pickup other than regular schedule. Told me they only did it once a week when I've called and had it picked up before...TWICE in ONE week. Awful customer service.

I am a registered Rutherford County voter, however I was refused access to use this facility for recycling. Why? The employee was extremely rude. Why is this facility frequently closed during posted (open ) hours? This facility appears to be poorly run. Signed, Very frustrated taxpayer

Horrible, horrible, horrible trash man!! He dumps our trash can over almost every time spilling trash over road and refuses to pick it up. Today, he just refused to pick up our trash and didn't explain why. He just tossed a piece of paper out his window to me. I've never had problems with any other trash man....just this asshat! Now he has even more trash to pick up, since I'm overflowing now that he didn't pick up today. 👿

My trash has been skipped so many times. even if it’s the slightest bit full. So my trash piles up, and I have to throw it in the back of my station wagon stinking up my car to take it to the convenience center that’s closed half the time they say they’re open.
