Met this team at my new middle TN residence. They repaired what needed doing and installed a hand railing because getting down from the upper loft area was a fall hazard. Also, ensured all windows would open and installed new blinds. It was June and hotter than heck with little air circulating. Polite and thoughtful. Professional and kind.

Jake Shaw did an incredible job from beginning to end on some major home repairs for us. He came out and gave us an honest and accurate price estimate, walked us through each step, and provided great communication throughout the multi month process. Our home repair was extensive and required many trade experts working together. From stone masons, to flooring, drywall and paint… not to mention all of the work Jake did himself with demolition, reframing, etc. All parts moved together well to get the job done. Jake only works with trustworthy people that he personally knows and endorses their caliber of craftsmanship. So, I was able to leave my doors unlocked and let people come and go as they needed while I wasn’t home never had an even one incident during the whole project. Everyone cleaned up after themselves and was very friendly with my little ones who were always eager to “help”. I am a tough customer who demanded that even mortar shades match and Jake was patient the whole way making sure everything was to my satisfaction. Finally, after each phase of the project he would inspect the work if he wasn’t overseeing on sight the entire time and had no problem calling people back out to fix even the most minute detail. When an early part of our project failed trying to fix the initial leak, he was quick to pivot and make a new plan consulting other professionals to get everything just perfect. This was an endeavor I was dreading, but Jake made it as painless as possible and did a very thorough job. I am immensely thankful for his work ethic and care he took with our home and family. I cannot recommend anyone more highly!
