John did an amazing job with cleaning our dining room chairs, couch, and foyer rug. I was at first worried about our couch being cleaned due it being a down feather couch. However, John handled it with such care and made it look like new. I would HIGHLY recommend John and Steem Master for any of your carpet/surface cleaning needs!

They did an amazing Job on our carpets and sectional. We had 4 pets in our house for two months so there were some accidents. The carpet looks brand new smells even better than brand new and the sectional looks better than when we got it. John is so professional and will make sure you are satisfied before he leaves. Friendly, professional and quick. Steem Master did an amazing job deep-cleaning our master bed headboard and frame. The smell of the old house it used to be in is completely gone. They even did a complimentary vacuum around our bed to ensure there was no lingering smell. I highly recommend this company.

We’ve had John from Steem Master out to do all of our carpets and tile at our new house to remove remnants of the previous owners and their pets. He was very thorough in inspecting the carpet and tile before he worked and informed me of the best route to take, he will not sell you something you don’t need. The carpet now feels great to walk on and smells even better. The tile and grout has also been returned to a like new condition.

Overall, he is very knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. We will be having them out again in a few months to do the hardwoods.

I reached out for a quote and he immediately responded via text to set up a time that same week. He was able to complete the services the next week based on my schedule. Our experience with John at Steem Master could not have been more positive. My mother's apartment is on the third floor, and John made several trips to check that his equipment would be able to reach her place, and also to check the ground conditions from all the rain. He always came exactly when he said he would, was very friendly and courteous, and did a beautiful job cleaning all the rooms in the apartment. He moved the furniture, and placed protection under all the legs before replacing. We highly recommend his services.
