You can't do any better. Cleaned all of our carpet and took seven rugs out for cleaning. Looks great now. Several levels of cleaning are offered depending on how old and dirty the carpet might be and if any pets have been living on it. We elected to have the deep cleaning done with a follow up treatment on part of it. John did a great job, pricing was very competitive, and he is just a very nice guy. And the carpet drying time is very quick. John pretty much works alone giving the cleaning his years of personal experience. You won't go wrong using Steem Master.

John was extremely professional and friendly. He has a lifetime of experience with carpet cleaning and only charges for what he actually cleans in each room. For example: in our master bedroom we have a king size bed that we did not want to move so he did not charge us for wall to wall which was great! It was so refreshing and comforting to find someone as conscientious, trustworthy, and honest as John. He screened and recoated our engineered hardwood floors and did an excellent job. John from Steem Master came out to clean the upholstery on three full size sofas, and he did a fantastic job every step of the way. He explained the process and cost well so there weren't any surprises. The prep and attention to detail are much appreciated. He laid down a rug and plastic covers along every corner where the hose would wrap around to not cause damage. John is certainly knowledgable and passionate about the service he does and it shows! I had John from Steem Master come out to a rental apartment to provide an estimate for a move-out cleaning. This was such a great experience! I had researched the company and felt like it was a great option based on reviews, and Steem Master did not disappoint.

I was coordinating this from Nashville with the apartment in the Murfreesboro area due to illness and holidays and a soon-to-be rental contract ending in a matter of days. He was professional and worked me from a distance to make sure the apartment carpet was spotless and fresh. My carpets look new, even though they are a few years old. I am very happy with the service and the quality of their work. I have severe allergies and they use a cleaner with no scent, but it does deodorize and I don’t have any negative reaction at all. They also cleaned my couch and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend John and his staff. This is the second time I have had my carpets cleaned by then, and I will use them again.

We had such a great experience with Steem Master Murfreesboro from beginning to end! John came over to do the estimate and was very informative and helpful with all of my questions. Great experience! John was great, polite, and efficient! We had a slight emergency with a massive water spill on carpet upstairs and he was here within hours to help! We had tried every shop vac and still had water deep in the padding. He saved us from more damage of it leaking through since it was upstairs and even treated the carpet to prevent mold and mildew with anti microbial formula. He was so genuine with my son as I had my son take him upstairs and show/explain what happened. I’d give 10 stars if it was an option. I thought it was pricey at first, but afterwards I’d say it was worth every penny. He went over and beyond and even left a floor fan for us overnight to ensure my child’s health wouldn’t be impacted and that the floor was truly dry and free from harm! I can’t thank him enough!

John has done an amazing job over the years cleaning anything and everything for us! Highly recommend for any cleaning or restoration needs. He has saved us after lots of potty training mishaps and new puppies. Also helped us from ruining our new wood flooring with his wealth of knowledge.
