John has a great team. Colt showed up while I was in a meeting (yep-I was one of those customers) and he had every right to postpone my service, but he was so patient and once he got in He went straight to work and was done in NO TIME. He was super polite, friendly, and professional.

John has always done such a great job on our carpets and also our couch as well! He is very thorough, friendly, hard working, and treats you like family. He will answer any questions you may have and also uses the appropriate treatment that your floors or furniture needs. We have cats, dogs, and kids so our floors and furniture can get pretty dirty. Despite this, by the time the cleaning is done, everything looks brand new. We have used Steem Masters several times and there's no one else we had rather take care of our floors. Give Steem Masters a try, I promise you won't be disappointed!

John has cleaned for us over the past couple of years and really takes pride in his work. When cleaning our massive area rug, we noticed a spot where the soap didn’t come fully out and he took care of it immediately with no inconvenience to us.

He was able to bring our cheap, builder grade carpet back to life and get out all the dirt stains.

He spends time making sure your carpets are in tip top shape before he leaves!

Matt was a good communicator, courteous and professional. He was extremely helpful and careful moving things out of the way and returning them where they belong. His work was outstanding! I need sunglasses when I step outside my house because the vinyl siding and driveway are so white!!!! I will definitely recommend him AND use him again as I need to.

Matt showed up right when he said he would. There were a couple pieces of furniture around the house that I didn’t know I needed to move and he moved them for us so they weren’t messed up. The house looks better than it has looked in a long time!

Matt did a great job. Arrived on time and explained his power wash process. No problems.

He washed my driveway, house, and my roof. He is very nice and was quick with the job. Also very good at doing windows.
