TLDR: I had a fantastic experience with TriStar Bin Cleaning. Highly recommend! Five stars! Amazing!

Prior to TriStar Bin Cleaning, we had tried cleaning our own bins only once in nearly 9 years. It was an awful mess - bleach just killing our grass, waves of disgusting water flowing down our driveway & street, and the bin not entirely clean even after the effort. So we never tried again. The bins were completely caked with years of nastiness.

Kevin & Matt (owners) joined the Williamson Inc Chamber of Commerce and I saw their ribbon cutting on social media. I immediately checked their pricing and scheduling, saw the process & results, and signed up straightaway. Pricing is totally reasonable. They mailed me a handwritten confirmation note with a Chick-fil-A gift card as a thank you - that’s quite the warm welcome!!

Cue the first service - Kevin came himself in the truck. He spent 30 mins or so using his truck’s technology (supersonic pressure washer wands) and some additional scrubbing via elbow grease to sanitize the heck out of our nasty bins. Those things looked AMAZING when he finished. I was completely blown away and nerding out about the technology and genius service they provide. Kevin took an extra minute to satisfy my curiosity and showed me the inner workings of the truck. It’s so cool.

They sent me the before & after pictures and HOLY SMOKES it is amazing. They use all food-grade product to finish the bins when the pure water cleaning is complete, including Eucalyptus to keep bugs at bay. You could eat out of these bins. Seriously.

TriStar is great! No more smelly disgusting trash and recycle bins. The TriStar team was extremely professional, communicated details before coming out, arrived exactly when they said they would, and even sent pictures with a follow up.

My three trash cans are cleaned momthly. They offer a wonderful service that to me is invaluable! My daughter takes the trash as one of her chores and hates it. But when the can are cleaned, which TriStar Bin Cleaning does, there is no problem with her. She has Autism and problems toching items that she feels are dirty, even when she wears gloves. She loves that the cans are deep cleaned and I am happy that she can do her chore without getting upset!!! Great job TriStar Bin Cleaning!

What a wonderful business!!! I signed up for the one time service, and when they got there there was still some trash in my bin. They called me and told me that they would not be able to do the service today. I was able to get home about 30 minutes after the call clean the bin out told them it was clean if they wanted to come back. An hour later they came back and clean my trash bin. Not only did they clean it, they sanitized it, they scrubbed it--inside and out, and finally sanitized all touchable services. I would highly highly recommend this service.

Today was my first BIN CLEANING and it was GREAT! I was so glad that I didn’t have to haul it to the back of the yard and scrub it out myself! It is SO much cleaner than when I do it! I didn't know this was a thing. But literally on the day we were going to clean our nasty trash bin in the yard with bleach these guys showed up to clean our neighbors bin. Needless to say I spoke with one of the owners Kevin and signed up in the spot! What a great job! Our bin looks new and smells so fresh! Showed up on time and did a great job cleaning my trash bin. Very thorough and made sure to scrub everything both inside and out. Definitely using TriStar Bin Cleaning to keep my outdoor trash bin clean going forward. Excellent experience.

TriStar far exceeded our expectations. We came back from vacation to a garbage bin full of maggots. I contacted TriStar, and they sent someone the next day (after garbage pickup) to sterilize the can. The next week, I threw in trash bags and didn't bother fully tying them. I had no idea the flies would be right back. So I called the company, and they provided detailed answers to all of my questions about how to completely get rid of the flies for future. They also offered another cleaning. Two weeks later...no further issues! Thank you TriStar for your services and your excellent customer service.

These guys come and go in a flash, leaving behind a clean and sanitized bin, and I could not be more thrilled. For the entire summer, no matter how careful we were to always double bag our trash, and use a liner in a our trash bin, we would end up with maggots! We have not had that problem since starting our services with TriStar. We are very satisfied with this service and have it done once a month to ensure our bins stay clean year round
