We moved into a new home and the garbage bin had some decaying animals in the bottom. The smell and bugs were horrible! Tri-Star quickly answered questions I had and cleaned our bin, making it look brand new! I highly recommend them!

So thrilled to finally have found trash bin cleaning service here in Franklin! For a small extra fee they come up the area outside the garage and service the bin. The bin was spotless and without odor which is very important to me as we store the bins in or close to the garage. So Happy with the Service... on time...efficient... very reasonable price!!

I signed up with TriStar for a one time bin cleaning last week, as I wanted to try them out before signing a contract for scheduled cleanings. I was very happy with the service that was provided. I was contacted very quickly to set up everything. Communication with the company was excellent. The guys were easy to work with and helpful with my requests. Great service! Saw the truck in my neighborhood and had no idea such a service existed! Went to their website and easily booked an appointment. My trash bin was filthy and smelled like an animal died and rotted in it!! 🤢

It’s now super clean, inside and out, even the inside of the lid which was a bonus. It literally smelled like fresh detergent when it was done!

It started with having my bins cleaned quarterly but after having a friend and their big dog join our household, I bumped cleanings up to monthly! Thank goodness! That is one thing you may not think of needing until you NEED it. By the end of the month, I honestly look forward to knowing they will be cleaned (and smelling better)! Even with recycling, since the items are loose in the bins, we need that monthly cleaning to eliminate small spills that cause sticky smelly messes. This is definitely a service I am keeping!

The bin cleaning truck came by for their first service today. I never really give much thought to the cleanliness of my outside trash cans until I add the last few bags on trash day. I keep my bin in the garage so I really do not want a smelly stench seeping from the bin. I was very surprised at how clean and pleasant smelling the bin was when I rolled it back to my garage! I wish I would have discovered this service earlier. Also, I had a couple of questions prior to the first cleaning visit. I received very quick and helpful responses. I also appreciated the email reminders and the reminder card that I received in the mail.

So thankful to have found this company and service! I emailed them mid week and by Friday they were there as scheduled. (My trash day is Thur so I just left my cans at end of driveway.) my trash can had been forgotten when we went in vaca for a week and it was awful! Full of flies and stinky. After they washed it - looked like new. I am thankful to have signed up for regular service and will gladly recommend to others. It’s really affordable and worth it.

My trash bins look amazing. With the weather getting warmer, I thought it would be a great idea to have the bins rinsed out since we store them in our garage. They were a mess. We have not had them cleaned since we moved in two years ago. I left them out front like they told me to put on my trash day. I was surprised by the email of the pictures of before and after they cleaned them. They look amazing. It was so easy to sign up and schedule the service. I would highly recommend.

I inherited the most disgusting garbage can when I bought my house. I had serious doubts for how clean it could be with this service, but figured anything was better than nothing. Well, it is sparkling clean! I am so impressed! This will be a regular service for us - no more stench when opening the top of the can.
