I asked Carpet Docs to come clean my mattress. I got the QUICKEST AND BEST SERVICE around! Can’t beat the price. The tech was so kind and KNOWLEDGEABLE! I’ll def be calling them back!

So the next day we went up to the room and noticed all the spots had returned so I called the owner and he seemed more than willing to get to the bottom of it and even said that it had happened before and it was because chemical wasn’t mixed correctly but he said give him a few days to figure out what to do and he would get back to me so I waited 2.5 weeks never heard from him so I called and didn’t get an answer but to my surprise he called me back and said he was working on it and if he had to rent a steam cleaning machine he would I said great when will this take place he said within a week I was like ok so maybe we are getting somewhere besides I spent a lot of money having that room cleaned it was double the original estimate but had it come clean and stayed that way no problem but it didn’t it looked just as bad the next day as it didn’t before they cleaned it oh and I had a rug cleaned that wasn’t bad and when it dried it even looked worse so I’m updating this because obviously nothing has happened and I’m looking into having another company come and clean the room I feel I have been more than patient and feel like we were lied to.

My carpets look amazing compared to what they were. After 20+ years of traffic in and out. All the stains were out and they look brand new. They also traveled out their way to Lewisburg which is about 45mins out. Mr.Alex was very professional and conversations were like with a family. I appreciate you guys.

Alex just finished my carpet and two downstairs bedrooms. He did an awesome job and you could tell. He’s very particular. I highly recommend Carpet docs for any carpet cleaning that you might have. !

They had a deal going on for 3 bdrms and a hallway for $149. When the guy got here he asked me what I wanted I said well the 3bdrms and hallway for $149 he said well there's a cap off of 400sqft I said it didn't mention that in the advertisement. He said I know the guy is trying to get into his account so he can fix his advertisement because someone else does the advertisements. He measured the rooms and then said these are the prices for different packages and a pet treatment is an extra $89. I was blown away and wasn't sure what to do so I just paid $462. Which is also false advertisement because there wasnt a cap off on the advertisement. He then brought in his equipment I was busy cleaning up and he started on the room across my house first. By the time he got to the last room I saw his equipment and I asked about it. He said they don't use the suction ones that's advertised they use a round one with a carpet like pad on it and I saw the pads they barley even had dirt on them u could still see the white color. But he was saying how they were very dirty and he had to go grab a new pad.at the end he said he did the best he could and give it a couple days it should lighten up once it completely dries. It was dry that night and there wasn't an change. I tried to contact carpet docs via FB and explained everything sent photos and proof of payment and appt. I explained I thought I was getting the suction one that advertisement showed because my carpets don't look any different. They said they do the suction type but only when they think they need to and they needed to they just didn't. The guy didn't even bring in a suction one. And that is false advertisement as well because the equipment that was advertised with the $149 price was not what I received. I asked that either they come back to do them correctly or to give me a refund so I can hire a different company who will do them right. After that I didn't get a response again and they've had all week to get back to me. If ur going to run a company take accountability when something isn't right. And how I was done was wrong all the way around. Don't use them it's false advertisement ur better off doing it urself if u can!! I wanted someone else to do it cause I just had surgery from cancer and on top of it I have a fracture in my back and I just wasn't up to being able to do it myself.

I thought that our carpet was done for but they cleaned our carpet so good that it looked like it was just installed. Alex was so professional and explained all the services that their company offered with great detail. I did not feel pressured about adding or not getting a service. Thank you!!!!
