We had a vacant loft that had sat empty for two years that we needed cleaned up for family visiting. They were able to squeeze us in very quickly. Both communication and service were great!

The women who clean for us from Karita’s are always so kind! I noticed they have recently improved their business model with much more thorough communication, which I appreciate. They go above and beyond to use my own nontoxic cleaning products since I am allergic to synthetic fragrance. The baseboards are always superb. Occasionally, they miss things like dusting of knickknacks and high shelves, but rest assured knowing your lighting fixtures will glean after this crew cleans for you!

Karita's Cleaning Service team absolutely blew me away today!!! I had a deep cleaning done and I am extremely impressed with the job they did!! Every nook and cranny was covered. We have very hard water and these guys made my shower glass doors shine so beautifully! They paid attention to every single detail!! I will not use anyone else after having this kind of service!

This was the first time ever having a cleaning service come to my house and Karita’s did an amazing job! They were very efficient with scheduling and quick to respond to me from the start with continued communication throughout the process. The team arrived on time and were very professional and friendly. They immediately got to work and were very detail-oriented as I expected with a deep clean. They cleaned everything on the deep cleaning list I paid for and included extra touches like cute folded napkins and towels which made me feel like I was in a hotel! My house hasn’t looked this good since moving in 20 years ago! And we have 3 dogs and a cat, but you’d never know they live here since there is no sign of fur or pet smell, but rather a wonderful light clean scent. The cleaning products they use are not harsh, don’t have a chemical smell, and are pet friendly. I am so pleased with the job that I will be scheduling a recurring visit from Karita’s Cleaning Service!

Highly recommend this cleaning service. They have been cleaning my house for over 5 years. They are thorough, punctual, pleasant, responsive and well trained by Karita. She has several crews but because they are all so well trained, you cannot tell a difference in the cleaning between the crews. They all do an excelent job.

I had some tenants move out of a rental of mine and left it in pretty rough shape. I wasn't able to clean it myself, so I looked around and saw Karitas Cleaning Service and reached out for help. The problem was I needed it cleaned ASAP, as I had people interested in buying the property scheduled for a walk through. They got me scheduled for the next day, but bad weather/communication got us delayed. However, they showed up in force the following day and took care of business.

For me, the lesson was bad weather always passes through but the sunshine is never far behind. The crew did an absolutely amazing job, I couldn't have asked for more. It literally looked like the tenants had not even lived there for 2 years when they were done. I will definitely use their services again and cannot thank them enough. Truly an amazing job. This was hands down the best customer service experience from start to finish. I needed a last minute cleaning for a move-out and the young lady shared with me available days. They were too far out for me and I was ok with checking with someone else but she instead asked me what days I were looking for, So I shared that info and she checked with her manager and got back with me later that day saying they could fit me in next day. But the experience didn’t stop there. They checked on me during the cleaning asking if everything was moving along as expected and asked if there were any additional areas they could focus on before completion. This was key because it allowed me to emphasize on an area that I felt might get neglected. And after the cleaning was finished I was very satisfied with the final results. I chose not to share that I was a realtor just see how this process was going to go and I now found me a new cleaning partner to help with move in and move out cleaning for my clients! Highly recommend
