This was the best thing I could have done for myself! I work so much, have two kids and 3 dogs and there is just not enough time or energy to clean the way it’s needed, Karita’s to the rescue!!! They came in and took this off my plate! The crew did such an amazing job with such attention to detail and great organization!! It felt so good to walk into my home after a long day to see the effort they put into cleaning my home! I was originally using the service of a deep clean as sort of a reset before going on vacation so that when we get back at least we won’t have to clean, but now I am planning on maintaining Karita’s services in the future for regular cleaning!! If you are on the fence and trying to decide….hop on over and hire Karita’s!! You will not regret it.

I have been working with Karita and her team for house cleaning once a while for the past few years. Wonderful job. We moved into a new home and had a couple cleaners cancel on us before the first clean, so we were in need of a deep clean. We were able to schedule a deep clean for two days later. Very professional and thorough. Easy scheduling and payment. Great communication. House is the cleanest it’s ever been. They even took care some of the cleaning misses from our builder. Highly recommend.

We've had Karita's team clean our home several times now, and they've been consistently fantastic. Always professional, always thorough. We have three small dogs and my wife works from home, so it can be a tricky environment—but they’re incredibly accommodating. They work around her calls without issue and are great with the dogs. Highly recommend!

Excellent from start to finish! We just had a deep cleaning and it was very thorough & the cleaners were very nice. They did lots of little things I noticed like folding clothes, blankets, etc very nicely, forming all tissues into flowers, washed dishes, organized things. Our home smells wonderful and is sparkling clean! Very much looking forward to our recurring cleanings as we move forward. Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about Karitas! From scheduling to the finished cleaning, it was a great experience. The manager is very professional and responsive and answered all of my questions. I was in the middle of moving out, so my schedule changed a couple of times, and they were gracious and flexible every time. I purchased the Move-out cleaning services, and they did a tremendous job! Every room, surface, and corner of my condo is spotless. I’m so thankful to Karitas and team. I recommend them for anybody of your cleaning needs. You won’t be disappointed.

Karitas is the best cleaning service I’ve booked in Nashville to date. Their communication is professional, prompt, and consistent. The cleaning is high quality and a fair price for the level of service. Highly recommend!

Sadly, Karitas is not trustworthy. They used a highly abrasive cleaning product on a $4000 sideboard, and the veneer peeled off as a result. It can’t be fixed.
They also set wet plants and a wet tray holding dish brushes on this delicate piece of wood furniture.

They seemed really caring at first and sent me their insurance information, but then they told their insurance and said they didn’t do it.

I then had to look through security footage to provide evidence, and saw they had actually broken several things; used Windex and bleach on natural stone countertops (even though we had set out cleaning products for them to use); and most concerningly, sprayed our clean wooden cutting boards with windex (not food safe), and used the same rag to wipe down our dogs’ bowls to then wipe our cutting boards and counters.

I have a newborn and am horrified we set her bottles on the counter that was contaminated with e. Coli and whatever else was on the dogs bowls as they eat raw food.

They also moved our belongings all over the house and it took weeks to find some things. Why??

Karitas said they wanted to make things right, but then declined to do anything at all and told me I had to call their lawyer.

Additionally, our home was still dirty after the cleaning. The floors were dirty as well as the tops of dressers being dusty, and they shook rugs out on the porch so the porch was covered in dog hair and debris.

Be wary of the positive reviews as they are financially incentivized.

Trust is everything when you have someone work in your home, and they are sadly not trustworthy.

I have included screenshots showing that we reported the damage and the dirtiness on the same day of the cleaning, March 31st, there was no suspicious 11 day delay.
They made no attempt to make anything right, when I asked what they proposed they threatened me with their lawyer.

Karitas Cleaning Service did an incredible job! We had a full deep clean ahead of the arrival of our baby and we could not be happier with how sparkling they left it. They also left the cutest touches, like tying our kitchen towels in a bow. We will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend to anyone needing a cleaning. They were incredibly thorough.

We hired Karitas Cleaning Service to do a move out cleaning to prepare our home to go on the market. They did an absolutely fantastic job! It was easy to set up an appointment, and they reached out via text to let me know when the cleaning started and ended. Any questions I had were easily answered and they were very friendly.
