Alex was prompt and got the job done in a very timely manner!!! Only needed one room done but he did a GREAT job and the carpet looks brand new and smells great!!! Did a pet treatment and could tell immediately that it smelled so so much better!!!

Alex was our tech and he done a top notch job!! 🤘🤘 My AC went out yesterday and rather than rescheduling, he was willing to still do the job today to fit in with my moving schedule. He never once complained and still delivered excellent service despite my hime currently feeling like a sauna. I wish I'd taken before and after photos for comparison because he was able to lift Nesquick chocolate powder and black finger nail polish up and bring our cream carpet back to life! The high traffic stairwells are also looking good as new. Scheduling was a breeze. Selected a time slot through the online service. The office was quick to help when I called a few days later to iron out prices. 10/10 recommend using their service!

Thomas came and cleaned my family room area rug this morning! It looks awesome. Very reasonable compared to some of the other bigger names in the area! I was very pleased and will definitely call on them again.

My wife called Carpet Docs and scheduled an appt. Alex came by and did an excellent job with Deep Cleaning our carpet. We had stains that had been in the carpet for years and once he finished the 2 step Deep Cleaning method, we were very impressed. Several spots and blemishes were removed.

We had plastic and carpet runners down to protect the carpet which left a distinct line where the runner ended. After the cleaning, we were not able to see the carpet lines.

I would highly suggest Carpet Docs for any of your carpet needs.
