Amazing work by Christian’s crew today. With precision cuts, Christian started trimming off the lower branches of an approximately 40’ tree in my front yard. His crew then assisted him to fall the tree. They used a pulley system to chip the limbs and trunk. A very tidy cleanup followed with rakes and a blower. This was all done in 85+ degree weather with the sun blazing down on them. My interaction with Christian was great - he greeted me in a friendly and professional manner as he confirmed the details of the job. I have used Davey Tree previously and can understand why businesses in landscaping will recommend them. A very satisfied customer.

Davey had the best quote to start, but beyond that they were punctual, professional, careful, fast, and friendly. They took down 16 Leyland Cyprus trees for us and had them chipped with the stumps ground in about half a day. They also took down a 100-foot monster of a tree right behind our house. That thing was scary-huge, but they handled it like it was nothing. No damage to our property. The only mishap was one of their trucks backed into an address sign we had in our yard. In less than a week, though, they came and got it, took it to their shop, restored it to better than new condition, and had it back in our yard. These guys were amazing, and will be the only ones we'll call the next time we need any tree work done.

Davey Tree Company provided a prompt reply when called and came to our home to assess a fallen tree due to storm damage. The crew arrived the same morning, carefully cut and chipped the tree, and did a thorough job removing the leftover debris. A few days later they returned and did an excellent job with the stump grinding. We highly recommend Davey Tree Company.

Lots of trees! Unfortunately some were dangerous and had to be removed. Stephen and Salvadorr and the crew gave us the best quote; top flight service. They did exactly what the said in a timely manner. I would recommend them, without hesitation. We had them out on three(3) occasions. The last time was to remove an oak estimated to be more than 200 years old. It was starting to split and way to close to our new home(see pics).

We live in a forest that has suffered greatly from the invasive Emerald Ash Boer beetle. We needed three Ash trees that were very close to our house ( just a few feet ) cut down and removed. We contacted the Tennessee Forestry Department and they recommended we use a ISO certified company, and they provided a list- Davey Tree ( previously A.J.'s Tree Service ) was first on that list. We had 3 of those companies come out to give us an estimate, and we went with Davey Tree service. They did an Amazing job! They were so careful bringing in their large trucks and equipment not to injure any of our healthily trees ( that was no easy task, our woods are pretty dense ) and just as careful taking the trees down and not injuring any of the neighboring trees that were not infected with the EAB. The crew was highly professional, friendly, and did a phenomenal job. Then they cleaned everything up beyond expectations. I was so knocked out by what a Great job they did, I posted photos and commentary on my Facebook page, highly recommending them. They have already got another job from one of my friends who saw the post. If you want the job done right, this is the Company to call.

I had a tree that had some large limbs hang over my electric power lines, that, I had Davey cut down. They did a very professional job of removing that tree. They cleaned up other trees damaged by the Ice storm pruning branches to insure the trees would be around for some time. Good communication with our district manager Stephen McLaren from the beginning till the completion.

The folks at Davey are great to work with. We had a previous job with them to help support a tree, and we just had several trees cut down and stumps ground. They did a great job, and the workers were both very skilled and nice! Good pricing, and they clearly explained everything they did. Totally recommend!

Davey is the best. We've had two jobs with them. Big and small jobs have been easy for them. They do great clean up after they finish, I just can't say enough. I've tried to share photos from the really large tree removal job last year and the most recent smaller job. Both jobs, the crews were all you could hope for in professionalism, quality work, and fair prices.

I give this company a 5 star rating. Stephen McLaren, Sales Arborist was so prompt to come look at my dead trees that I needed cut. He answered all my questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner. He was very kind, polite and informative. The day that Salvador and Santos came out, Stephen arrived also. He showed them what needed to be done and the location. They both were very professional, kind and friendly. They worked together so quickly, safe and was done with the job in no time. This company was referred to me by a friend, who had some work done at their home. I will be calling Davey Tree Service again in the future.

Davey is the company that Cullman Electric Coop hired to cut trees within 15 -20 feet of the power lines. The coop sent out notification that Davey would not come onto private propery without making arrangements to meet with the owner on the tree trimming. I have been paying a well known local company to cut our tree away from the wires so we would not be involved in this program. Well Daveys took it on their own to come down our clearly marked private drive and cut our perfectly shaped oak at the corner of our house when we were away from the house. They cut the oak at least 60 feet off ground and many feet back from the wires. Sloppy work using a saw blade on a boom. This is not a public right away. Please note this is a wire going back to one house which is over private property. Very dissapointing that we now have to live with what Davey ruined directly violating the coops orders. I did notify the coop but one can't correct the butcher job that was done. Dont trust these guys as they do as they please.

We were very pleased with the excellent work completed by Davey in cutting our three trees. Very efficient work we were looking for a company with an arborist to protect our oak tree. Great advice was given and we highly recommend Davey for work knowledge and price. Clean up was exceptional also .

Should be if they have a product on line it should be a item that the store manager could order for customers BUT what am I thanking customer has covid!
