Second time we've used Terry and NaturEscape. They are the best!

Lousy, unethical, unprofessional and rude. Flat out they lied which cost me 210 dollars. Go somewhere else.

This crew keeps our subdivision looking top notch! I have never seen a company that cares so much about curb appeal like this team!! Beyond impressed!!!

Terry/ Travis and the rest of his crew are the best in town. They delivered very high quality plants and the layout they implemented was beyond our expectations!

I called one morning to get a irrigation system repaired due to contractor damage....a repair person was sent that afternoon and they worked until 8:00 p.m. to repair it! The work was awesome and the technicians were extremely nice and knowledgeable. I have never had that great of customer service or so quick!!! I forgot to mention that I had called 3 other companies before NaturEscape and NONE of them even called me back and that was a week ago....still no return phone call! I highly recommend NaturEscape for any work that you might have!!!

HOWEVER, once you pay them you can't even get a return phone call back after 4 calls. I needed to get itemization on the invoice to bill the contractor who cut my system and after 2 weeks and 4 messages I have given up.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE OFFICE...FIELD STAFF IS EXCELLENT!!

The employees and supervisor on our home project of re-doing an existing retaining wall of railroad ties were the best and nicest people we have done business with in awhile. It was a hard job to do since they had to remove the old stuff and replace it with new. They were fast yet efficient and worked on days when I was glad to be inside. The last day as they were trying to finish up the cleaning up of the area, it came a sudden sleet storm and they worked right on through that. I would feel really good using them again and recommending them to anyone. Reasonably priced as well!!

NaturEscape takes care of both the common areas of my subdivision and my home landscaping as a part of my HOA, and they do a FANTASTIC job! The lawn care team is here every Monday morning with efficient routines and great service. Last week, the shrub trimming/mulching crew was here. I had 7 men in front of my home working like bees, and within about 30 minutes the shrubs were trimmed beautifully, the debris was removed, and fresh mulch was down.

The fellows on the crews are always accommodating and pleasant. I couldn't be happier with this service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

You can stop your search for landscaping right here and now. You will definitely want to go with Terry and his crew at NaturEscape. They've been in the business for decades, and his rating with the Better Business Bureau is flawless. I had no problem getting someone on the phone, and Terry showed up when he said he would. I put the entire project in his hands from design to installation, and I was extremely pleased with the results. The work made a world of difference. The quality of the entire job was top notch. There was a very minor issue, but it was corrected the very next day. I really enjoyed working with everyone involved, especially Terry. He's a very affable man, and we hit it off nicely. I honestly feel like we would be great friends. I know that's how a good salesman is supposed to be, but I didn't feel a touch of dishonesty at any point. I'll be very excited to do business with them again one day. If the price is right for you, proceed with full confidence that the job will get done, and it will get done well. These pictures were taken very early in the season before the plants bloomed. Take that into consideration. I'm looking forward to seeing everything once it flushes out.

Saturday 1-24-26 between 330 and 345 intersection of broad St and Northfield Blvd your driver runs a red light and the passenger in the truck flips us off. Because we had the green light. Good thing I have a dash cam that recorded it.bad business allowing employees to act like that to the general public makes you wonder how they treat customers.

Ok so this is my new favorite place and I love it. The staff is so amazing and to top it off no taxes on these beautiful plants, bushes and trees. I am a forever customer now. My greenhouse will be the beauty on the block thanks to Patterson's Garden Co.

I went here in the weekend and was given bad service. They don’t acknowledge you and are rude when you ask questions. Decent selection but service is terrible.

We had an excellent experience, such a perfect Saturday outing for the whole family, including our lil Stormie! The service was truly top-notch from start to finish. We were able to talk through our landscaping challenges, and the team was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us toward the right solutions to keep within our budget. They even suggested a weed control option that we’ve been needing. So appreciated! The staff went above and beyond, even helping load everything into our SUV, which made the visit that much easier. A fun bonus was the adorable gift shoppe, and our daughter absolutely loved the kids’ area. It gave us the chance to take our time browsing all the beautiful plants and flowers. Highly recommend for landscaping, front porch flowers, and gifts ideas. Such a welcoming and helpful place! We will be back soon for phase two. 🌿✨

Great nursery/garden center/gift shop. My wife and I bought shrubs, bedding plants; have also bought mushroom compost for raised bed garden. Impressive selection of shrubs. Beautiful hanging baskets. Prices are very competitive. Worth the drive. Highly recommend.

We have done a lot of upgrading this year and Patterson's has helped through out it all. Very professional
