Josh and Brian did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets, rugs and upholstery. Everything looks absolutely great! Josh explained the cleaning process in layman's terms, was friendly and outgoing. We will definitely recommend Mac's Carpet Care to friends and family. Bonus: Their price was much less than the competition!

Josh and Brian arrived during the time promised. They were very polite and friendly. They explained and discussed the service and the charge for additional services. Excellent quality. I have used almost every major, nationally known, carpet cleaner. Paid high prices, only to have stains resurface in a couple of weeks. Mac's Carpet is affordable and the results are amazing. Highly recommend.

5 stars all the way! Called less than an hour before closing on a Thursday asking if they could do an emergency carpet cleaning the next day at a rental I was moving into. Showed up at 5pm on Friday, did a thorough walkthrough and pointed out problem areas, gave an exact estimate, left at 7pm after doing a great job. Would recommend hands down - great guys and great service!

Josh, owner of Mac's Carpet Care, is a super pleasant person with a rare work ethic. He knows how to communicate. Doesn't mind questions and goes the extra mile. Used a 5 step prosses making it the most thorough cleaning we've ever had. Vacuum, spray, soft buff, hand rake, recheck/redo any trouble areas. The process took 2+ hours. Previous companies have been in and out in 45 plus minutes with nominal results. Mac's is now on my permanent list of vendors for our home.

Josh did a great job cleaning the Sunday School room/church room guy or my dad. He contacted us on when he’d be there so not a lot of waiting around on our end. He took his time leaving quality work you can see in the carpet and on our chairs!

Mac’s Carpet Care saved the day! We had an emergency last night and posted a request for a carpet cleaner. Not only did he respond past midnight, but he was able to clean it in less. He was very nice and understanding. We are even considering him for a regular clean of our carpet. Great services for an even greater price!

Josh and his worker were on time, professional, kind and speedy workers. They were able to squeeze us in last minute, which we were so grateful for. Mac's carpet Care is outstanding. They come with a willing attitude, they come with a mindset to produce quality. I had furniture that was stained very badly. He gave me his honest thoughts on the furniture before he proceeded to do any work. He did not try to force me to make a decision, just to make money off of me. He told me his honest thoughts about the furniture, that was so badly soiled. It was because of his honesty, that I decided to ask him to go ahead and proceed to try to clean the furniture that I had, I was eager to see the outcome. When they were finished, and I gave the furniture time to dry, I was very happy with outcome. I recommend this company for a lot of reasons, and all of those reasons are very good reasons.

Josh did an incredible job on our carpets. When we hired him, we didn’t know that beneath one of our beds that we later moved, there was a humongous stain from coffee, or we don’t know what. But he showed up, and got it completely removed or at least 99.9% removed. We had been working on it for several days and couldn’t get rid of it. Can’t recommend him more. Great guy, very courteous, very humble.
