John did an amazing job with cleaning our dining room chairs, couch, and foyer rug. I was at first worried about our couch being cleaned due it being a down feather couch. They did an amazing Job on our carpets and sectional. We had 4 pets in our house for two months so there were some accidents. We’ve had John from Steem Master out to do all of our carpets and tile at our new house to remove remnants of the previous owners and their pets. He was very thorough in inspecting the carpet and tile before he worked and informed me of the best route to take, he will not sell you something you don’t need. The carpet now feels great to walk on and smells even better. The tile and grout has also been returned to a like new condition.

Overall, he is very knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. We will be having them out again in a few months to do the hardwoods.
