This team is the best in the business. We've been using them for years and they're practically family at this point. They're great for major stains, or if you just want nice clean carpets. They're fast, priced the best and honestly, the most honest business you'll ever find.

Our experience with John at Steem Master could not have been more positive. My mother's apartment is on the third floor, and John made several trips to check that his equipment would be able to reach her place, and also to check the ground conditions from all the rain. He always came exactly when he said he would, was very friendly and courteous, and did a beautiful job cleaning all the rooms in the apartment. He moved the furniture, and placed protection under all the legs before replacing. We highly recommend his services.

John was easy to work with and communicated from first contact to completion. We had our carpets, hardwood, and tile all cleaned. You can't do any better. Cleaned all of our carpet and took seven rugs out for cleaning. Looks great now. Several levels of cleaning are offered depending on how old and dirty the carpet might be and if any pets have been living on it. We elected to have the deep cleaning done with a follow up treatment on part of it. John did a great job, pricing was very competitive, and he is just a very nice guy. And the carpet drying time is very quick. John pretty much works alone giving the cleaning his years of personal experience. You won't go wrong using Steem Master.

For example: in our master bedroom we have a king size bed that we did not want to move so he did not charge us for wall to wall which was great! John and his service are stellar! We just purchased our home and wanted to have the carpets cleaned before moving in. John was prompt, polite, and professional. He explained the process and cost well so there weren't any surprises. The prep and attention to detail are much appreciated. I had John from Steem Master come out to a rental apartment to provide an estimate for a move-out cleaning. This was such a great experience! I had researched the company and felt like it was a great option based on reviews, and Steem Master did not disappoint.
