My carpets look new, even though they are a few years old. I am very happy with the service and the quality of their work. I have severe allergies and they use a cleaner with no scent, but it does deodorize and I don’t have any negative reaction at all. They also cleaned my couch and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend John and his staff. This is the second time I have had my carpets cleaned by then, and I will use them again.

We had such a great experience with Steem Master Murfreesboro from beginning to end! John came over to do the estimate and was very informative and helpful with all of my questions. They were able to fit us into the schedule very quickly. The day of cleaning John and his team were on time and were very friendly and professional. Our carpets look brand new! 10/10 recommend!

Great experience! John was great, polite, and efficient! We had a slight emergency with a massive water spill on carpet upstairs and he was here within hours to help! We had tried every shop vac and still had water deep in the padding. He saved us from more damage of it leaking through since it was upstairs and even treated the carpet to prevent mold and mildew with anti microbial formula. He was so genuine with my son as I had my son take him upstairs and show/explain what happened. I’d give 10 stars if it was an option. I thought it was pricey at first, but afterwards I’d say it was worth every penny. He went over and beyond and even left a floor fan for us overnight to ensure my child’s health wouldn’t be impacted and that the floor was truly dry and free from harm! I can’t thank him enough!

John has done an amazing job over the years cleaning anything and everything for us! Highly recommend for any cleaning or restoration needs. He has saved us after lots of potty training mishaps and new puppies. Also helped us from ruining our new wood flooring with his wealth of knowledge. Thankful he keeps continuing to grow his knowledge and understanding to provide the best service possible.

John has a great team. Colt showed up while I was in a meeting (yep-I was one of those customers) and he had every right to postpone my service, but he was so patient and once he got in He went straight to work and was done in NO TIME. He was super polite, friendly, and professional.

John has always done such a great job on our carpets and also our couch as well! He is very thorough, friendly, hard working, and treats you like family. He will answer any questions you may have and also uses the appropriate treatment that your floors or furniture needs. We have cats, dogs, and kids so our floors and furniture can get pretty dirty. Despite this, by the time the cleaning is done, everything looks brand new. We have used Steem Masters several times and there's no one else we had rather take care of our floors. John has cleaned for us over the past couple of years and really takes pride in his work. When cleaning our massive area rug, we noticed a spot where the soap didn’t come fully out and he took care of it immediately with no inconvenience to us.

He was able to bring our cheap, builder grade carpet back to life and get out all the dirt stains.

He spends time making sure your carpets are in tip top shape before he leaves!

This is the best business EVER! Maybe once per year I clean our can out with the hose and dish soap..it’s a disgustingly hard job to perform manually and never truly gets clean. My bin looked BRAND NEW!! No more flies, no more stink! I am soooo happy we did this!

Awesome service! Smelly trash bin have always been a problem in the garage, and who really wants to clean them? These guys come by after the trash trucks run and leave the cans smelling better than new.
