They are certified and well versed with the mechanical needs. RCI always comes to my properties on time, and with the energy to get the job done! I appreciate being able to call the office and get all of my service needs scheduled timely. What makes my life better is that the residents are happy! RCI is the my go to for all of my service needs!

When you tell an estimator your specific needs, I don't let them talk me into something else. Trust is an issue for me and I do not trust RCI Mechanicals to do what is right. You promised to call me on this project and didn't. So please do not call me at all.

This never happened. We decided to use another company after calling and speaking with Monaca on 2 separate days.

Recommended by Lowe’s. Came out same day we called for service, excellent. Tech very knowledgeable and confident in work done. We’re up and running on a hot day and have air conditioning humming away. We are happy, happy, happy. Highly recommend and will spread the word through the nation!
