I called Yahya on a recommendation of one of his customers. I have a rental mobile home with a 20 year old unit. Everyone said-It just needs replacement-not worth repairing. I 2 minuted Yahya said I can fix it. It will need about $75 in parts and 1 1/2 hour labor. I was elated. He left and 30 minutes later he was back with the needed parts. In a short time it was cooling like a new unit. That was 2 weeks ago and the tenant said it is working great and has been in the 90's all week. I highly recommend Yahya.

Truly a class act! Any business is about the people & this one is phenomenal. What an amazing team - I called because I had no heat (that’s a problem). I am told “we can be there @ 4pm”, I was shocked (and relieved) to receive such quick service. Come to find out the Freon had all leaked out, I thought freon was for the AC, they walk me through the freon leaking out made the units computer shut down the system to stop further damage. The two guys work together, found the leak (showed me the leak so I knew it was real) repaired the leak (showed me it was repaired), vacuumed down the system and recharged it. After completed showed me everything on the computerized gauges & allowed 30 minutes after complete to make sure all cycles properly. Huge shock, the invoice was less than the other company from last year charged me to NOT FIX IT and they were here here less than and hour where these guys spent three making sure everything was perfect! I will ONLY recommend this team for HVAC moving forward!

Great prices and integrity. I was referred to this company by a friend. Yahyah showed up and looked at my unit right after I called him. He arrived on time with all of his equipment ready to work. He inspected the unit and was able to quickly find the issue. Keep in mind, that this unit is approximately 20 years old. He explained everything to me in simple terms. He gave me an excellent price( a fraction of what bigger companies quoted me.) Most importantly, he did not try to up-sell me any unnecessary services or parts. In fact, he wrote down everything I needed so I could research it myself. When the parts arrived, he got to work and got unit up and running in a few hours. CallTech ALL THE WAY!! Our AC wasn't cooling, we found Yahya by just google searching and sooo happy and contented with the service he did for us. He found and fixed where the coolant is leaking. He even went above and beyond of cleaning our dryer vent. He is very professional and very friendly. He even explained to me every single step that he is doing and also the reason behind it. He charged us reasonable price also! He is NOT the usual HVAC big companies that would just say change the entire unit because all they want is your money! I called Yahya today to inform him that my heat was no longer working in my house. Within the next hour he was here and began inspecting the units and came back to be with the problem and the repair it would take to complete it including the price of everything. He had all the tools and supplies with him and started working on our unit and had completed the job within 30 minutes, also fixing other components of the unit without charge. He then ran another full inspection and showed me the results. I was very happy with his service and will be calling him for all my future work.
