Bakers is predominantly a pro retailer only. I found them on a Friday of a holiday weekend. Calling, I talked to Blake. Blake was so helpful and nice. He and his colleague taught me a little bit about what I needed and was so helpful. Even though the general public probably doesn't shop here - Bakers is a great place and they know how to do business! I highly recommend!!!!

Supply house did not honor a 10 year warranty parts on equipment even when we had a copy of the registration.

Great sheet metal shop, always quick turnaround on estimates and on orders! Reasonably priced as well, my go to shop for sheet metal needs!

I cannot recommend this company. They say one thing, do another, then bill you for it. One lesson I've learned with my experience with Miller's HVAC repair, is insist upon a quote up front and make them stick to it. There are other very good, fair priced HVAC companies in Smyrna and Nashville area.
