I will only use CAM for any heating and AC repairs or maintenance. Cory is very professional, thorough, and genuine. He has worked on our unit because the original installer's work was a joke. CAM Mechanical did an amazing job installing a new unit . He showed up when he said and didn’t finish until the work was complete . I highly recommend CAM Mechanical. My ac wasn’t blowing cold air so I called Cory at CAM Mechanical. He came out and checked everything out that day and found a leak. He got it blowing cold air. My unit was over 10yrs and I asked him about fixing it or replacing the unit. He explained my options in detail (cost, availability of parts, ect.)and his recommendations. He has 20yrs of experience in HVAC. I found him to be very knowledgeable and honest. I went ahead and replaced my unit and Cory did a great job in a very timely manner. I will be using CAM Mechanical if I have any HVAC issues.

I first met Cory over 5 years ago when he replaced both the A/C and heating systems in my home. Each system was 15+ years old and overdue for an upgrade. Cory was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and reassuring throughout the entire process, and the installation was completed promptly and done right the first time. I haven’t had a single issue with either system in the past five years.

Recently, I reached back out to have a routine checkup on both units. Cory offered a reasonably priced maintenance plan that gives me tremendous peace of mind—he keeps track of what needs to be done and when, so I don’t have to worry about it.

AC Comfort Solutions has been wonderful to deal with. I started with an emergency AC problem which they addressed the same day and switched to them to do all of my HVAC maintenance on multiple units at two locations. Very professional and accommodating.

This was my first time using AC Comfort Solutions and I don’t plan on it being my last time. From my first call to set up an appointment all the way to the end of the service call, everything was very professional. Seth was on time and did a great job of servicing our unit and giving me information regarding what I needed to do going forward. Another company had told me that I needed to replace my Trane unit that is only seven years old and was working. The part they told me I needed would’ve been the first time I replaced a part and would only cost $200. They insisted that it would not be worth repairing the unit and for me to just wait until it stopped working and then replace the entire unit. I appreciate Seth’s honesty and professionalism in evaluating our situation.

Once it was determined we needed a new HVAC system, it was promptly scheduled and they arrived timely. They went above and beyond when certain parts didn't come in on time. They stayed until the job was complete and came back the next morning to make sure everything was perfect. I cannot recommend this company enough. They are honest and trustworthy and gave us a reasonable price on the system. Outstanding customer service!

I highly recommend AC Comfort Solutions. Our heat went out overnight leading into a Sunday that we were heading out of town and with freezing temperatures coming up. Chris with AC was able to come take a look that day for us (for half the price of the service fee that others were charging on a Sunday) and was very quick to diagnose the problem and make sure we were taken care of the next day. He was very honest, didn’t try to upsell us on anything even though we were in an urgent situation, and the heat was fixed within a day for a reasonable price. We’ll definitely be using AC again for our future needs.

I reached out to this company last year as I wanted a locally owned and operated company. I got on a maintenance program that has been great. They are very responsive and give me reminders. My last company always sent someone different and they never knew what had previously been done. Their excuse was always that they had just recently changed their system. UGH! It was frustrating. That has all changed with AC Comfort Solutions. They remember my name and the technician has always been the same but they also seem to keep good records so if someone different does come I don't think it will be an issue. I highly recommend this company.
