We had Chris come and replace both of our units. I knew what I wanted and they did not try to up sell or change my mind. He was quick to respond to questions and provide the additional information I requested. They were on time and worked to get one unit one day and the second unit ( a split unit ) on the second day. During a very hot period we had minimal down time from AC. They worked hard and were very professional during the installation process. We are very satisfied and recommend Chris and his team.

On the advice of a good friend who has known and used Chris for her A/C needs for several years, we set up an appointment with him to check and tuneup our A/C unit. Chris was on time for our service and was very friendly and knowledgeable concerning our unit. He took the time to answer all of our questions explained things where we could understand. We felt very good about using his service and will use him for all of our A/C needs in the future. I heartily recommend him for your A/C needs.

Chris and A/C Comfort Solutions is A+. While always being prompt to their time window, delivering excellent work for maintenance or repairs, I think most important he is honest and fair. Chris replaced one of our systems in 2022 and continued to maintain the 18 year old unit for the upstairs never trying to sell me a new unit. Alas after 18 years, our upstairs unit finally blew the last of its cold air and needed to be replaced - she was leaking oil pretty good. When it came time to discuss options, he had them - from keeping the furnace to replacing the whole system with pros and cons of each. At the end of the day, decision was made to replace the whole thing. Highly recommend Chris and A/C Comfort Solutions.

Whenever we have an issue with our HVAC system, AC Comfort Solutions takes care of us. Our heat stopped working one evening, and they came out at 9 p.m. to make sure we had a warm house for the night. They have a great service plan as well.

We met Chris when he was servicing our neighbors house and we were in a bind in the hot summer heat. He was packed with appts for the day but promised to come back the next day and he did. He helped us get our A/C working again and we signed up for the maintenance package to ensure our unit kept working well.
We got the first service which was helpful for efficiency. Unfortunately, our 14 year old unit (presumed to be installed after the 2010 flood) took a dump one more time. We had the option to spend more money fixing it, or invest in a new unit which would guarantee we'd be problem-free for much longer than a few months at a time.
Chris gave us some recommended options that compared to the size and efficiency of our existing unit. We of course chose the higher tier and he installed it the same week. He also helped install our smart thermostat so we can control it with our phones from anywhere!
We're very happy with Chris' professionalism, friendliness, and information he always provides us so we have our options. The appt and communication system is great and we're happy to support a small business.

Absolutely outstanding! I contacted AC Comfort Solutions based on their positive reviews and recommendations online, and it’s easy to see why they have such a great reputation!

Chris, the owner, came out right away and it didn’t take him long to determine that our 20 year old HVAC system was done for. Even with that, he still gave me options, including what it might cost just to get the heat working. Ultimately, it didn’t make sense to sink a lot of money into costly repairs for such an old system but I appreciated that he gave me options anyway. We decided to go with a new unit.

We had the bad luck of having our system quit on a holiday weekend with a huge cold front and several inches of snow. Chris was determined to make sure we had heat and went *far* above and beyond getting the unit we needed as soon as the manufacturer was open. He prioritized getting the equipment we needed and they came straight here, working in the snow in 15 degree weather to make sure we were taken care of.

I was so impressed with Chris’s honesty, fair pricing, incredibly high quality work, and commitment to customer service. He really pays attention to the little details, right down to how the unit looks when it’s installed. Sometimes you work with a business owner that just seems ethical and trustworthy right away, and that’s the impression I got from Chris. I called in a crisis and after how attentive and outstanding they were, they definitely have a committed customer in me!

Excellent service! Chris and Debbie saved the day. With a 4 day estate sale coming up,the temps in the 90's, and the 20something year old unit not running, I was freaking out! I spoke with Ms Debbie and met Chris at the house the day I called. Once there, he offered me options to replace or repair and was thorough in explaining the outcomes of both. Fortunately, for me, he could get the new unit put in very quickly due to the way his schedule worked for the next couple of days. His guys came and installed the unit within 24 hours of our visit. Amazing in the summer! There was a small issue the next day, but Chris came by and fixed it and now it is running perfectly. I'm so thankful to have found Chris and Debbie at AC Comfort Solutions. During our interactions, I found them both to be very personable, informative, and kind. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional. I needed a new motor, which Chris tracked down in Memphis and installed two days after the first service call. ACCS kept me in the loop via text message, so I knew when Chris was coming, which was awesome!

His experience and knowledge was very beneficial dealing with a unit still under warranty but not a brand his business advocates for. Heat went out in the middle of the night during snow/ice storm! He arrived sooner than the expected time, was very knowledgeable, kind and caring. He thoroughly explained the problem and the solution! He also gave tips to avoid the problem in the future! Rated a 10 of 10!!

Great service from Chris. Woke up to no AC. Called a large local company which we had used many times. Was told they could work me in, but couldn't narrow down an approximate time. This was 10 AM. I understood the work in, but really wasn't pleased with waiting until possibly night for someone. After many reviews, I called Chris. He came at 12:30 and took care of the problem.
