Nathan didn't fix the problem. He only suggested a major repairs be done.
Our son tried to get nathan to do a few things to possibly fix the problem and he wouldn't.
Once he left, our son and his friends tackled the problem and fixed it.
The second man that came out from your company agreed with what our son wanted to do.
No third person came out like Ian promised would happen today.

Our experience with Hiller went pretty well. They came out quickly on the weekend to fix a leak. Turns out we needed to replace all our old pex lines that were known to be faulty (we knew this previously but had to delay). They came out next day to quote the replacement and it was reasonable, and they were able to fit us into the schedule quickly. We were briefed on what to expect during the installation (or at least we thought we were). The plumbers that came to do the work arrived early and worked all day. They were informative every step of the way and easy to work with. Unfortunately the amount of drywall that was removed far exceeded what was mentioned at the quote/walkthrough. Although I know they were doing their very best to minimize damage and I understand changes occur once work begins, there needs to be more transparency during the initial walkthrough regarding the potential damage to the house that will need to be repaired by the homeowner. I feel like on the front end we were made to believe it wasn’t a big deal or disruption when it turned out to be a LOT. Still I would give them Five stars for service, friendliness, quick turnaround, reasonable rates.

Wonderful job by Caleb from Hiller! He clearly knew what he was doing and made all the options clear. Job done in a timely manner and peace of mind restored for the foreseeable future.

Caleb came to check for a leak we supposedly had (according to the water company). He checked everything thoroughly and was very professional. Even remembered our house and the way it’s set up from months ago when he was here to help us with a water heater issue. Extremely thankful he wasn’t able to find a leak, as we found out from the water company later, they never should have insisted it was a leak (we are resolving that with them). He told us what to look for in the future and we were very happy with his service.

Todd was informative and respectful. He quickly detected the issue and shared how he was going to fix it and recommendation for the future. I really appreciate his service.

Hiller has provided on time, professional and polite service to us since 2009. Years of consistent excellent service isn't an accident. Are they the least expensive option? No, but when a Hiller plumber or HVAC technician provides a repair, it lasts. I've relied on them for over 15 years and have no complaints.

Same day service, very quick but still very thorough, professional, and friendly. Talked me through all the issues and solutions, showed me each step in the process and answered all my questions. Great experience overall!

Have used Hiller for both plumbing and HVAC work multiple times. They are always professional and do great work on the plumbing side. I’m giving 3 stars due to their replace not repair sales tactics. My blower motor for my heater rusted out and needed replaced, they pushed a $10,000 new unit replacement instead of repair. Current unit is 9 years old and had 1 bad part. I found the part for $200 and replaced it myself in under an hour with no previous hvac experience. They also oversized my upstairs unit years ago, it short cycles. So, if you’re looking at them for hvac, just get at least two options from different companies to hold them accountable.

Patrick arrived a little later than expected, but completed work in a timely manner and provided advice to keep from needing a future call. Hiller's drain clean special came in clutch saving money since that was all I needed.

Mark did a excellent job, and will definitely request him from now on he knew what he was doing, and he was very friendly. The next time we get told someone canr come for 2 days later after all send someone that didn't do their job to start with we will be canceling our membership

We had a great experience with Hiller. Their technician was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. We also felt their HVAC maintenance pricing was very reasonable.

I want Patrick O’Brien to be my plumber for life! He is so thorough and got to the bottom of my complicated issue when the problem wasn’t what it seemed to be at first. He has earned my trust, and I appreciate his kindness to explain everything, meticulous attention to detail to find the root cause of the problem (making sure I wasn’t paying for things I didn’t actually need), and value for my home, time, and finances. He is the real deal! Hiller is lucky to have him!

Brody Jennings was very professional and polite and has extra patience for sure I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He went far and beyond for me and my husband, and we appreciate his service. We definitely be calling Hillers plumbing if ever we have any other problems.

Wladimir arrived a few minutes early and was very patient as I explained all the small things I needed info about.... even out in the freezing cold! He was wonderful!

Todd made an assessment of my 19 year old water heater’s problem and determined that the thermostat had quit working. Considering the age of the unit, I was thinking about replacing it rather than dealing with sudden death. He provided bottom line, out the door costs for both options. He answered all the questions I asked. My knowing just enough about water heaters to be dangerous caused the service call to be really long. I decided to forgo tank replacement in favor of replacing the thermostat simply because the brand of the tank, although a well known brand, was not one I am personally familiar with. He was entirely pleasant, friendly and patient throughout the service call. Cleared up all the packaging trash. Although it was necessary to move the washer/dryer to access it tank, I never experienced him to sweep and wet mop the floor! I’ve got hot water again. In the spirit of full disclosure, I did not check the electrical connections of the thermostat before the cover plate was replaced.

Hiller Co came out to change all of the existing plumbing in the house after our 4th water leak. Unfortunately the original plumbers used bad pex back in 2012. Ariel and team did an excellent job. They worked hard a DN made sure we had water at the end of the day. They explained the entire process and made sure we were happy with results. They even cleaned up after. Couldn’t ask for better experience and we highly recommend for your plumbing needs

Thank you again to the Hiller company for coming to help in my time of need!! Wladimir was the best electrician I have met yet! He was extremely kind and very knowledgeable! Got my family all fixed up on a flash and answered all of my questions. I will ask for him on all my future electrical needs!!
