Man the service is pretty good but the scheduling is unacceptable. I've been called 4+ times this year that we need to reschedule you appointment due to local emergencies. Today again an hour before my appointment arrival time. As I bleed away my afternoon I now have time to write this. Good service when they finally get to your house, but unacceptable scheduling practices.

Had a fantastic experience with Hiller and Patrick. We couldn't be happier with the service we received. Our toilet issues were resolved efficiently and professionally. Patrick arrived early, was kind and knowledgeable which is key.
Will definitely use and recommend Hiller and Patrick again for our plumbing needs.

Called for heating issue. Most other companies told us a day or two before they could be out. Hiller got us on the call out list to have someone out that day at least. Was supposed to be later evening but they got someone there much sooner than expected. Very knowledgeable, didnt try and sell a maintenance plan out the gate. Completed service prior to mentioning amy maintenance plan, so I didnt feel like they were just trying to get more money out of me. Great company, and highly recommend!

If you're able to get Nathan as your service technician I can guarantee you will not be disappointed. He went above and beyond fixing our main water line leak. Then he went in our crawlspace and throughout the house to make sure nothing else was leaking while still here. He is both personable and professional!

They sent a technician out to our house named Patrick O’Brien and he was A godsend! He was a perfect gentleman. He was honest he kept it real with us. He tried his best to get us up and running, and he did the job he came into the home, which is a sober living home for women. We are a nonprofit and can’t really afford to too much so he did everything he could to keep us at the lowest rate and I just wanna give him some recognition that he deserves!!!

Wladimir was out at our home today and he was awesome. Great attitude, true professional and fixed everything and installed a whole home surge protector while fixing our electrical problem. Wladimir represented Hiller in the best way possible. I am a happy Hiller customer.

Patrick came out to our home today (12/1) and also did an outstanding job. We specifically requested him to to the great work he did replacing our toilets in our home and a faucet in the kitchen. Patrick is a true professional and we will ask for him anytime we need a plumber. Thank you Patrick as well!!

I had a major plumbing backup, several toilets and showers backing up and filling with sewage. Not good!! Hiller dispatched someone the same day. Caleb was the technician and he was great! He was kind, professional and explained everything fully. He was clearly experienced and made an effort to save me money. I would definitely recommend this company and Caleb specifically.

Nathan was great. He was quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. He provided me with extra information about preventative maintenance and informed me of a couple of other issues I had and what costs for repair would be and how I could fix them myself. Edit: The service was also completed at 8pm, and I called at 7pm, they were extremely responsive.

The technician arrived on time, was professional and nice, and performed a thorough maintenance on our system. He explained everything he did clearly, made sure all components were operating properly. We appreciate the attention to detail and the respectful service. Highly recommend!!!

Tim and Wesley showed up polite professional for 2 days of a very difficult low crawl space work to change out the air ducts that had become laden with dirt, mold, and fungus. After seeing the details of how hard a job this one was by the middle of the second day I'd have been cursing and throwing things if under the house. Not Tim and Wesley. Always polite always professional, tougher than I. These gentlemen left the entire yard and crawl space clean and debris free. I need HVAC or Plumbing work Hiller is my call now based on the great employee representation of themselves and Hiller. Thanks to Michael for coming out and doing the estimate. The air quality in our home is undeniably improved to awesome. 40 year old ducts, they just get nasty over time. Call Hiller. They'll pro fix it. Thanks guys.

Hiller saved our Holidays. Our HVAC unit went out on a Friday night. I got in touch with James that night and he was out bright and early the very next day(on his day off) to give me a quote. Which beat the competition might I add.
Then two days later on Monday the technicians Tim and Wes showed up right on time with the new system, talked us through the whole process and had us back up and running with a brand new unit in no time. They were super polite, professional and played with our dogs. They were super clean and even repaired some junk work that was there prior to them. They went above and beyond!
Another cool thing, they send you text updates so you can track your schedule and be prepared for their arrivals.
This whole company and the service team are awesome. Time to return these space heaters.
