YOU NEED TO USE THIS COMPANY! I’m blown away by the customer service and experience. My water heater went out this morning and after I called RCI, I had someone at my door in AN HOUR AND A HALF!!! Terry and Joe are the guys who did the work and they were GREAT! They were knowledgeable, explained exactly what’s going on and what they’re going to do, and were so punctual and professional. After they installed the new water heater they offered to clean up some of the water, went over how to use the new water heater, and made sure I was 100% satisfied before they left. Everyone who works for this company is caring, reliable, and respectful. (Not to mention affordable!!) Call them today!

It's difficult getting tradesmen to communicate or even show up in this area. The rep was on time and very professional and pleasant. He answered all my questions about a new electric installation and set up routine annual maintenance for units the original contractors failed to do. If the follow up is as good, my new home will be well covered

Got connected with RCI through a Lowe's black friday special. Their team was professional & through. The appointment scheduler was pleasant every time I spoke with her and our technician was detailed with his inspection.

Jose was early to the appointment, was waiting in the drive when I arrived at 3:00 pm. He was extremely professional, and answered all my questions. He provided suggestions to my concerns and gave some tips of how to maintain my system moving forward. He wore shoe covers when entering my house and was respectful of my home. He went beyond what was expected for the visit. I’m looking forward to working with him in the future.

I would not recommend this company. He came to add relay as board was malfunctioning. Gave one year warranty. Within a month, same problem , charged again.

I used CallTech, because I had a compressor replaced by another company, they were a bit deceptive in their work performed. CallTech came and fixed the issues and left us cooling and heating awesomely. I will never use any one else

We have used CallTech twice. They replaced our water heater and now our maceration system. They were reasonably priced and cleaned up any mess.

I really don't know where to start. One of the best professional relationships I have ever had. The thing that I like to most is the clear, concise communication with no motives other than to make me a happy customer. Prices are fair and service is well worth it. Lastly, really cool to see someone take so much pride in doing a great job in their craft.
