Poor communication and not trustworthy work. Had another company check out system they had to redo the maintenance that was supposed to already have been done. The repair they performed left my system in position where it could easily fail and cause damage to my home.
Thankfully was able to get a refund for my service membership.

Brandon the Tech from Precision Air made the fall/winter visit to our home today to perform a QC inspection on the HVAC unit installed in the late winter of 2024. He performed the Fall/Winter maintenance on both of our Daikan unit (1 and 4 years old). He was on time, personable, and extremely thorough. After the QC inspection and maintenance he reviewed his findings and will follow up with us on some additional recommendations. We are very pleased with Precision Air and Daikan as our heating and cooling system providers.

One great service call. An excellent service technician who had the autonomy to make things right from a previous call. Matthew Ford was timely. Courteous, professional, and all the things you would like in a service technician.

Brandon was truly excellent. Our problem is not yet 100% solved or complete, but after months of run around, we feel we are in good hands with him and there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

When my gas furnace stopped working, I needed an emergency heater replacement. I was looking for a heat pump as a more energy efficient HVAC system. Other HVAC contractors turned their noses up and pushed for me to get another gas furnace. Thankfully my experience with Precision Air was superior in every way. When I told Anthony I wanted to replace my gas furnace with a heat pump, he had the experience and knowledge to confidently affirm my decision. We hit a snag when they couldn't find a 3 ton heat pump. He worked patiently and collaboratively with me to find an alternative solution. We went with a 2.5 ton Carrier air source heat pump and a 1 ton Daikin mini-split heat pump for the basement. The technicians, Daniel and Roberto, came right on schedule and got to work. They did exactly what the job required, capping off and removing old ducts to the basement and installing a new, compatible wire for my Ecobee smart thermostat. Their work was diligent and high quality, even going out of their way to get different flashing to better fit the outside unit. The heat pump has been working effectively and efficiently, keeping the house and basement warmer than ever even in sub-freezing temperatures. Plus, I finally cut ties with the gas company. I will recommend Precision Air again and again for anyone looking for heat pump installation in Middle Tennessee.

Matthew showed up around 5:30. He was friendly and professional. I showed him the issue with our thermostat and the fact that the AC was not blowing cold air. He showed good understanding of the problem and went to work on it. He attempted to troubleshoot the issue and to charge our system. He was able to trace the issue back to what might be a problematic circuit board, but couldn't address the issue right then. Unfortunately, charging the unit didn't help. He assured us that he would be getting necessary parts and that he would make sure our case was actively followed up on, as we'd recently had some issues with our requests for service not resulting in action on Precision Air's part.

Matthew did everything he could on the initial visit and I give him 5 stars personally. However, because the issue is not yet fixed and because the follow-up remains to be seen, I'm only giving Precision Air 4 stars for this call. I'll update the review once the issue is resolved.

They switched to an A.I. customer service staff THAT INTENTIONALLY HIDES THE FACT THAT IT IS A.I. They literally have it dub in fake call center noise in the background and it's only after a few minutes of it faking human inflection that I realized and got it to reluctantly admit that it is an AI assistant pretending to be human. I realize every company is switching to this but you disclose to the customer that they are talking to a machine, you do not lie to them.

5⭐️for Kelvin very helpful; found a problem before it became a problem w/gas pressure. 😏VERY Sorry my flyer for $69 Furnace Tune up that you mailed to me was not honored at the time of payment. Kelvin called to get authority to accept $69 but was denied.

First let me mention that I am a retired residential contractor and my relationship with Precision goes back almost 20 years. Brandon has been to my house before and is one of the most knowledgeable technicians I have met. He patiently answered my questions as we diagnosed the issues with my systems, and he took care of them.

Chris did a great job servicing both my units. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and I am very happy with the service I received.

Everyone was very kind and helpful however my problem was not resolved by the first techs to come out and I was a bit frustrated. So I called again the next day. Brandon came out and was able to find the issue. He was very patient and explained the situation and took the time to make sure I made the best choice for my situation going over my options and explaining things to me in a clear and professional manner. He understood my frustration and really made me feel like he wanted to help and make thing right. I appreciated him for not treating me as just another Hvac unit but as a person needing his expertise. I would use them again and request Brandon.

First time use of this business for a home inspection of geo thermal unit. Nathan did a fantastic job of explaining the system, inspecting the unit and its components, and checking the system performance to specs. He also shared onsite on maintenance items and what potential things to know for the future.
