I called Cheatman Heating & Cooling. Dillon was quick to respond he was out here the very next day and arrived early. Within a couple of minutes he was able to diagnose my A/C unit and determine what the problem was.

He was able to get the part and fix it the same day. Dillon was kind professional and honest. I called other A/C companies that wanted to overcharge me and give me the run around. Dillon literally had my A/C units fixed within the hour. I have kids so this was a big life saver since its been humid out and the weather has been all over the place. I will definitely be using his services again in the future.

I had a small job of venting two bathroom exhaust vents from my attic space to the outside of my home per Tennessee building codes. Dillon Cheatham was kind enough to schedule this job within a week of his busy schedule of much larger jobs. People listen to me you cannot go wrong with Cheatham Heating & Cooling !

The seller had this company install a new unit on our home last year. Last winter the heat would not work. It took several days for them to come back out and service a machine that wasn’t even 6 months old. Then the owner complained that my boyfriend did not correctly diagnose the unit for him over the phone and blamed the issue on his workers instead of taking responsibility for not supervising the job. Now this year, again the heat would not work. After our poor experience last year we called someone else out and they found the exhaust had been installed backwards, causing it to blow out the pilot flame. I wonder what else is wrong with the install that we just haven’t noticed yet.

Dillon installed our 4 ton unit today and took all the time we needed to make sure we could operate the thermostat and understood our new unit. I would certainly get an estimate from him before using anyone else.

If you have an issue with your HVAC unit please contact Cheatem. He got me a brand new unit just like my old one, put it in the very next day and at the same time came in about 3200$ cheaper than the other guys. Thanks again!

Dillon just came over and worked on my unit. Last year, with a different company, it was put in my head that a new unit may be in my near future. Dillon replaced the refrigerant and calmed my nerves about the potential of a new one (not being needed as long as I continue to take care of it). I highly recommend him and will be calling again. Kelvin with Precision Air arrived not long after I called their dispatch office. He was professional, and clearly an expert in his field. I use to work in the HVAC industry so it is obvious to me when someone knows their tradecraft. It was a good value and hard to argue with their prompt service considering it is 101 degrees outside today. I plan on going on a service plan with them and it is due to Kelvin's care for our home.

Matthew was able to take care of our HVAC problem even though we were away from home. He kept in communication with us via email and text. He precisely diagnosed the problem and was able to take care of it right away. He included photos of the work that he performed. I would definitely recommend him and Precision air.
