This is the 3rd time I have called Lee Company for a service of sorts. The 1st and 2nd time was for HV/AC, which was resolved with excellent service both time, and the 3rd time was for appliance service or repair for my dryer.
The technician was very polite and professional, he told us t h e problem and provided a solution that works well for us. I highly recommend calling Lee Company for every need whenever you can't do a D.I.Y job, they are truly great. I am highly satisfied with the quality of services I have received from the various technicians, and Lee Company will be my first call for service needs.
A note for Lee Company personnel- Thank you for sending great people who care. All of you are awesome!

01/20/20 Lee company had previously installed a HVAC system for our upstairs and was here for a followup electrical inspection which we had paid to the company. Our water heater was leaking and he advised Lee Company could replace it and gave my wife a verbal quote, which was high but they had done a good job on the HVAC system. They arrived promptly and did the worst job I have ever seen in replacing the water heater. I've replaced a couple of water heaters and would have done this one but was attending a funeral out of state. The electrical was left exposed and used the old cover off of the old heater. The overflow drain was left open to drain on the concrete floor next to the wood flooring in the living room. The expansion tank exceeded past the opening of the closet making it useless. The drain valve was over the plastic floor pan. The cutoff valves were put in backwards and for $1,795 they used pex tubing which works but will end up leaking in a few years. Also, the 50 gallon tank which was used to replace our 80 gallon tank was installed past the line on the closet. I understand why they are so prompt so a better company with reasonable rates wont have the time to respond. I called the company the day I got back it's been 3 days and no one from the company has returned my call.
    UPDATE
01/29/2020. Lee Company just left, they moved the water heater back about 4 inches to allow the door panel to close. They connected the drain line (which had been open to drain on the floor) to the drain pan, and reconnected the power line after removing the old plastic cover. They explained the PEX connection are industry standards and usually better than the copper. The drain bib for annual inspection is over the drain pan for easier access. They made it right! Changed my rating to a 3 for the delay and initial work.

Had our old thermostat replaced - the LED display was getting hard to read and it was installed way too high (5’10” off the floor). So Lee Company also moved the new thermostat down about a foot as well. Great experience. Thanks!

We had an electrical issue that needed to be diagnosed and repaired. I contacted Lee Company based on other reviews and am happy to report a great service experience. First, the office staff was super to deal with - very polite and responsive. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Our technician, Jonathan, was excellent. His communication, logical approach, efficiency, and courteous service were appreciated. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. I definitely recommend Lee Company and will use them again if needed.

Plumber was Great fix my problem of course at a cost of 537 dollars later. Lee company fix it but I think cost should of been around 300 at the less. Lower end But it is what it is.

Colton came out for our annual plumbing inspection. As always, he is very thorough and found a small leak in an upstairs bathroom sink. We were happy to have had this problem found before damage was done!

Allen did an awesome job and was quick and efficient. When you got a leak be sure to call them and ask for Allen.

Gregory and Tony did a great job when Lee Company came to replace some can lighting in our kitchen. They worked to help us be very satisfied with the outcome!

The initial sales piece went well, John was fantastic...very polite and knowledgeable. After installation, the following day I had an issue and the AC stopped working. I called their Customer Service team and they said someone would be out the same day and I was happy. But after 3hrs I had not heard anything, so I called back and they said it was scheduled for 8/14. However, they fixed it and said again, someone would be out the same day, 2hrs later I called back to be sure that they were coming out and was assured they would. They arrived later and fixed everything.

However, they damaged my drywall, and are supposed to be ordering a new door for my AC, I have yet to hear anything and likely will have to call them back to get this looked into.

I dropped this to 1 star, because as requested, I emailed the email address below and received no response. In addition, I have since called back, and been told once again, "We're contacting the tech for you, and they will schedule an install."

I feel like they were happy to take the money I spent, but their lack of follow up is concerning.

Colton did a terrific job of diagnosing the problem with my home's crawl-space encapsulation. He identified 2 specific issues and implemented remedies for both. He then went on and pumped up all the water that collected in puddles and wiped up the dirt that collected in those puddles. And finally, he left his card with me and assured me that if the problem re-occurs to call him directly on his cell phone. Thank you Colton.

What follows is no reflection on Colton at all. It addresses my frustration with the original installation (about 13 months ago). Both the issues that Colton addressed were present at the time the original install was completed. The hole in the poly around the sump pump had a flap that was re-directing the water from the de-humidifier back onto the poly lining and away from the sump. This was exacerbated by the drain hose being too short to fully enter the sump thereby creating a pathway for the water to bypass the sump and flow back into my crawl space.

Our crawl space has had standing water off-and-on for the entire 13 months because it kept getting recycled back onto the poly. This could have been precluded by (1) testing the system more thoroughly before packing up and leaving my home or, (2) by responding to the initial e-mails I sent when I was frustrated by the swimming pool under my house after I was sold a system that was supposed to keep my crawl space dry.

My wife and I think the Lee Company is a terrific institution. We would not hesitate to call them in the future or recommend them to a friend. Generally, everyone who speaks to us on the phone or comes to our house treats us respectfully and with expertise. It was the number of times I contacted the one person who sold me the encapsulation who responded half-heartedly or not at all that really got to me.

The Lee Company has come through for me again. Not content with the corrections mentioned above, they sent Ethan and Anthony to do a major "face-lift" in the corner of my crawl-space where the majority of my water problems were. New poly, a better-located sump, bags and bags of gravel to make the area more level AND slightly higher than the sump, plus re-plumbing the sump-pump discharge pipe so the water is sent far away from the house and not merely 12-inches away from my foundation.

It hasn't rained yet, but I am trusting that my water problems are far behind me now.

We had an urgent plumbing issue (only one bathroom in the house) and an electrical problem at the same time. Lee company was able to send both a plumber and an electrician within a couple of hours on a Saturday. Both gentleman were very nice and did a great job. Thank you!

I called because my crawl space sump pump was causing an outlet to trip. I wasn’t sure if I needed an electrician, a plumber, or a crawlspace service. I called Lee Company because they offer all three services. They said I needed an electrician. The tech arrived and made no attempt to actually test or inspect the sump pump. They said I needed a new outlet because a circuit is overloaded. So they installed a new outlet in my garage for my fridge and freezer, but after the tech left it became apparent that my appliances were not going to fit where the outlet was installed - which defeated the entire purpose of the proposed solution. I called back to dispatch and they said the technician would call me and return to take another look. That never happened.

I paid over 10k for new replacement outside HVAC unit installed last week. Tech was nice but left a lot of screws in the yard after the install. Big issue is I am still waiting on a cover to seal up the unit and to the foundation of my home. Was just temporarily taped with plastic bags which were open on the bottom allowing for water and pest intrusion. It is very frustrating I am still awaiting a call back to get this issue rectified...update: over 2 weeks later we are still waiting on the full resolution. The newly installed unit is barely blowing any air. Project Manager John Thornton has completely ghosted us on all follow up requests since taking the initial 10k payment for the new unit.

My kitchen sink was 98% clogged. The plumber from Lee did his best to fix it. He used an auger, but it didn't clear the clog. He poured some white crystals down the drain, hoping that would work. When he left, the sink was 100% clogged. I hired a plumber from a different company. When he removed the P trap, it was completely blocked with a hard, white substance, which must be the crystals. This is the first time Lee Company was not able to resolve my issue. I'm still a member and get four inspections per year to keep things well-maintained.

The service technician came and did is job. I was charged a fee for him coming out, that is pretty standard. I was also charged a fee for him to tell me if the part was broken or not. I thought that was odd. How else would he have known if it worked or not outside of doing his job and testing the part. I wouldn’t recommend them. Seems like they are really just nickel and dimming customers. Then on top of that he wanted to sell me a “membership” for $100+ dollars.

Josiah, the plumber , was great! Showed up on time, was friendly & thorough With a job. Since I could not walk to the job site due to an injury and on crutches, he took photos and I made a video for me! Which he letter send it to me by email with the receipt! Very happy with his service and will definitely use Lee Company again !
PS: The price was a little more than I thought Mostly due to the long drive to get to my house, since I am in Smithville , but it was fair!
