While it's true that service is paramount, the corporate image your employees project outside the company is equally important. Just one recommendation: today, around 5 pm, a driver from your company seemed to be in a great hurry and was driving dangerously and aggressively on the road. It was completely imprudent in a vehicle bearing your company's name. I can't imagine what kind of service this gentleman provides. It would be important for you to supervise not only those who drive your trucks but also the impression they leave and the danger that someone like this can pose behind the wheel. The vehicle's license plate is Tennessee 23495 This is a warning to help you prevent an accident.

Used company for fall maintenance. Scheduling was easy. Thomas Holley was great. He called ahead of time (like they said he would) and arrived on time. He was polite, thorough, and informative. Highly recommend both the company and Thomas.

Our unit broke on Christmas Eve, they were out here and diagnosed the problem the morning after Christmas! We needed a new valve so had to wait until Monday to get it fixed, but the repair man was here by 9am and had us up and running! Very professional, very quick, and even had payment plays available if we needed a new unit!

My apartment sent Ryan Meyer from Aire Serve over to fix my heat in a pinch. He was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough while at work, and made sure to explain everything which I really appreciated. Additionally, I really valued how kind and courteous of my space he was. Good customer service is hard to find, but if everyone at Aire Serve is as kind and dedicated as Ryan, I will certainly be calling them again in the future!

Had Ryan fix our HVAC unit today. He was very polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had our heat working again within a couple of hours. He also didn't mind my asking questions which was much appreciated. I would definitely use him again.

Mr. Holley was very courteous and knowledgeable of our systems during our time up appointment. He was very level headed and calm even with our 4 dogs in the house. He even cleared out our filters to help until we get new ones. He was able to tell us about possible equipment we should consider for optimal performance and protection and not pushy about it. My heat stopped working so I called Lee Company. I had the same experience today that I have had in the 3 years I have been using Lee Company. Above and beyond service. They are courteous, have an unbelievable work ethic, but most importantly, they get the job done and charge very reasonable rates. Shelby was my technician today and I could not recommend him more, but that has been the case with everyone I've ever dealt with at Lee Company. Call them if you need help with your home, you won't regret it.
