Predatory practices and pricing. Tried to charge double what others would.

Really great experience with Air Serve. I specifically want to call out Daniel our technician who braved some weather and got us up and running before the heat hit, was very honest about what was and wasn’t needed, but more importantly was kind to my young son who was very inquisitive. All around the service level was A+. Have tried a few HVAC companies and these folks are locked in my phone.

I am impressed with this company and the employees. They do what they say they will do without hesitation. They installed my new ac in one day. I will recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of service. I am sitting in my cool house and enjoying it. I would like to give a shout out to our project manager, Harry Pacheco . This man is incredible. He followed the project from start to finish. The promise given to complete the job in one was kept. After using Airserve in Louisville for 15 years, was thrilled to learn the same owner had opened up a branch here in Nashville after my move here a couple years ago, and immediately switched my service provider.

They are an honest, dependable, and hardworking company. Couldn't recommend Airserve any higher! I would give them 6 stars and an 11 on a scale of 1 out of 10.

Thomas Holley came out to do my routine maintenance. He did a great job and was very informative.

Not a very reliable service company. Was told I needed an air compressor. When they sent somebody by 2 give me an estimate. He was told I needed a air conditioner and a air handler.
Called another service, and they said something was disconnected, did not need conditioner or handler.
Just needed to be cleaned and serviced.
Air conditioner works great now. Paid under three hundred dollars instead of over twenty two thousand.

Our technician Daniel is a superstar. He was such a professional. We only had our unit 1 week and something happened. He came in with a great attitude, took his time diagnosing the issue and fixed it. He is the only technician right now and still has a professional positive attitude. We thank God for sending him to us.

MY SECURITY COMPANY NO LONGER SUPPORTS GOGGLE NEST FOR MY HVAC SYSTEM. THEY SENT ME A NEW THERMOSTAT FOR WHICH THEY COVER WITH THERE SYSTEM. I DID NOT WANT TO DO THE REPLACEMENT PERSONALLY SO I CALL AIRE SERV TO DO THE REPLACEMENT. THERE WAS SOME ISSUES THAT I DID KNOW ABOUT. FIRST THE BREAKER FOR HVAC WAS IN THE ATTIC AND ANOTHER CONNECTED TO THE OUT SIDE POWER SUPPLY TO THE HOUSE. TO MANY UNKNOWNS. IT WAS WORTH CALLING AIRE SERV TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT. THANKS!
