Great service. Our tenant AC broken down when we are out of town. I try to call the local AC service providers but they cannot come out right away. So I try to go on Thumbtack and find someone. I put in my request and about 5 minutes later Dillion text me back and say he can come out in 3 hours and he did. Unfortunately, we have to order some part, and it has to wait until the morning. But he did come back very early in the morning and get the job done. Thanks so much for being detailed and fast, very professional and reasonable. Would definitely recommended to everyone in need of AC repairs.

Dylan was very nice and helpful! Our ac went out upstairs and he had to rewire a lot of things and replace a couple things, but he got it taken care of in a very timely manner! He also fixed our garbage disposal. I would definitely recommend!!

Just barely had some cool air that was blowing out the ventilation. (It was very hot, muggy weather...of course!) Unit froze up and even after thawing and basic troubleshooting it wouldn’t work. With thoughts of having to replace the old unit and developing breathing issues, I found Cheatham. Dillon was able to find the issue, which happened to be with the ductwork under the house and was able to quickly fix...didn’t need anything else! Don’t even know how much $$$ he saved us?! Very helpful, professional, thorough and greatly appreciated!

I highly recommend! After calling one of the big name HVAC places in town and getting an astronomical quote. I got a recommendation from a friend to call Mr. Cheatham. He came out so quickly and within the hour had my air back up and cooling. His prices were FAR less (about $4,800 less) than what I was previously quoted and he was very honest about what needed to be done now and what things could wait. I highly recommend this company and will continue to do business with them.

Dillon came out during the hot spell to check my unit. It ended up I didn't need any service and was just charged a very reasonable call charge. He appeared upfront and honest.. I would definitely call on him again. He was a recommendation from a neighbor.
