Robbie was AMAZING! So is Tedder Company! I am so happy that I found them and they fixed my problems and at very reasonable rate!

I had two other companies ripped me off with different dishonest diagnostics and I almost lost hope in finding honest and reliable company, but I am so glad I found them and from the time I walked in, the front desk lady and Robbie was very patient with me, listened to all my problems and then scheduled me immediately. When Robbie came to service my unit, weather was bad, he kept me updated and very communicative, checked everything thoroughly and make sure everything were fixed!

I am forever grateful for them and I know this will be my go to HVAC company and I will definitely refer people to them because nowadays it’s really hard to find company who is honest and reliable and reasonable!

The Teddar Company installed a mini-split for my upstairs area the beginning of Spring. Dana normally does my maintenance and always does a great job - so I reached out for help with an AC/Heat install.
Jeff and his team were GREAT! They provided impeccable service, came in - took care of business - and were out fairly quickly - but not too quick as I had some follow-up questions. Jeff was patient, kind, informative and SUPER helpful. I didn’t know I could get a rebate for the installation…. now I have my rebate and am no longer sweating through the summer… and will be super comfortable when winter rolls back around. One of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The time had come to replace our furnace/airconditioner before we faced a crisis. I interviewed several, local reputable contractors.

Jeff, our Project Manager, was able to assess our needs in a gas package replacement, explained the features and advantages of Rheem and his company. Tedder Company installed a ductless mini split system in my bonus room, and the comfort difference is incredible. Jeff took the time to assess my needs, listened to what I wanted, and even suggested a wall unit, an option no other contractor offered. They also tuned up my existing unit, all done professionally and at a reasonable price. From start to finish, their service was honest, attentive, and top-notch. Highly recommend!

We had a tech out mid-November and we were told we needed a new capacitor. That visit was around 260 for less than 30 minutes of time. Two months later our unit displayed the same behavior of fan not running and we watched this occur for 2 days. Called them and explained. We were told only techs knew about warranty repairs but they wouldn't do anything without speaking to me first though she understood we would not be at home. The tech arrived and within 15 minutes he called and said nothing was wrong. I explained about the fan not working for 2 days and how our electric bill was more than usual. We left it at we would keep watch and call back if there was still an issue. At no time did he explain that a check on a prior fix would cost 79.00. I called the office to complain about this service and was told she would speak to a manager. I never heard a word from anyone. I will never use this company again which is their loss because I'm sure we will need a unit shortly and they will not get our business. I can't imagine the poor service that would be given on a whole new unit if this is the service you get for a repair.

The offer to send a tech out on Friday was not a suggestion of your company. When the tech called and stated there wasn't an issue, I was insistent that something was wrong given that the fan didn't work for two days and the electric bill was higher than usual. He asked when someone would be home and I said around 4 and asked if that was too late. He said he would have to check with the office and I said we will watch the unit and have you guys out on Friday if there is an issue. All of this occurred before I knew you guys were charging for the visit. When I called the office to complain, she mentioned this conversation but you guys didn't offer to come back to make sure all was well based on my call this had already been stated by me when speaking with the tech. Now, here we are in freezing temps and our unit stopped working so there was a problem. From a customer's perspective it is poor service because it seemed as though the main focus was clocking a service call payment and the customer was second. From a business perspective, its great service because a payment was received.

I was extremely impressed with The Tedder Company from start to finish. Jeff came out to provide an estimate and was clearly focused on the installation, stressing that a proper install is more important than just picking equipment. He mentioned the engineering side several times — for example, recommending an additional return upstairs to improve airflow and efficiency. That level of detail showed me they really know their craft compared to others I spoke with. Pricing was right in line with other quotes, and there was no upselling — just a no-nonsense, quality install that delivered real value.

The install of TWO units (one split and one package) was done in just a few hours, and the house stayed comfortable the whole time. We had one minor issue after the install, but they were back within 30 minutes and fixed it immediately. I’m very happy I went with and would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service or replacement.

Jeff and the crew were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Even though we were originally planning to wait a little while longer to replace our unit, Jeff still took the time to come out, inspect our system and give us some ideas and recommendations to consider, which can’t be said of the other people we reached out to for numbers.

Jeff was extremely respectful of our original timeline of replacing the system, but when we said we were ready to make the move now, Jeff was extremely quick to get everything rolling and was able to get screw mobilized the next business day.

The install crew were also extremely kind and respectful and left the space better than they found it for sure! They worked quickly and kept us informed throughout the whole process of what to expect.

Although The Tedder Company may not be the cheapest HVAC company (I honestly don’t usually look for the cheapest anyways), their service is well worth it and I look forward to using The Tedder Company for any HVAC projects I have going forward!

He worked trying to diagnose the issue and once diagnosed he replaced some parts and it started working again. I will use him again in the future, if needed and also recommend him to others if someone asked me for HVAC repair recommendations.
