Our technician's name was Jose. He was very friendly and professional. Jose was quick to respond to phone calls and followed up the next day. Impressive! He also emailed a quote quickly. Total Trans4mation got us fixed, the same day that I called. Whereas, I was on a wait list with another big name in M'boro. Receptionist was also very polite. Price for the repair was reasonable.

I have used this company for years and continue to be impressed with them! Jose came to service our units yesterday. He was on time, exceedingly professional, well mannered and respectful! I have never had a single complaint about this company and am happy to see that they keep their personal touch even as they have continued to grow! I won’t trust any other company after so many negative experiences. This company is honest and will do right by you!

Total Trans4mation installed a new unit for my home, the guys that came out were very knowledgeable and friendly. The install was professional and efficient, no issues at all. I was very impressed with the fact that they wear shoe covers when entering the home and cleaned up job site when complete. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone!!!

Had a heating issue at our home. Called their office to have someone take a look. They had an employee there later the same day. Roman was very professional and personable. He diagnosed and made a quick correction and Boom, we had heat! Great employee and great company. I also like that their technicians do not work off commission. I recommend them.

Outstanding experience. We had received multiple estimates for the replacement of our air conditioning unit. Each rep of the other companies told us that they would have to cut into the drywall to get the old build-in air handler out. They would seal it back up but we would have to paint it. Ryan of Total Trans4mation measured the space did his research and found us a unit that wouldn't require any of that. The price was in line with other estimates. The next day the new AC unit was getting installed. The installers ran into some unforeseeable circumstances which they immediately took care of. For example, the original air handler was sitting on a floating base. They built a new sturdy one. Also the drain pipe had to be elevated to drain properly. All in all they probably spend a couple of hours longer at our house than anticipated but they patiently finished the job and didn't take any shortcuts which I'm very happy about. Great service all around.

Foster just finished heater tune -ups on our two units. He is just the very best technician I've ever worked with, and he is personable, thorough and detail oriented. I have complete confidence in his work and a the good products and policies of the company. We have been customers for almost nine years.

We called to have a water leak fixed from a pipe coming out of our hot water heater and Jimmy came out and fixed it in short order. Great group of people to work with!

Michelle in the office was wonderful to speak with and was excellent with keeping us informed from start to finish! Jose was prompt and very helpful while servicing our A/C units. He noticed a small water leak while in the crawl space and let me know right away, what a godsend!! Michelle was able to coordinate a plumbing fix and that’s when Gary stepped in!! Best plumber I have ever dealt with hands down. Honest, patient, friendly and prompt!! He was able to fix our plumbing leak and replace our garden hose spigots and install a new pressure reducing valve. Fast, efficient and does amazing work. Fantastic team and a big thank you!

They do a thorough job and offer helpful tips to keep our older unit running. They've never tried to push us into upgrading before we are ready.

Overview, we bought a new house and needed a unit replaced. Joe (general manager) came out and gave us a quote. We agreed on a price and set a date. Ty was our tech and as above, he was the best person to do the job. Extremely knowledgeable and over the top nice. He deserves a bonus. We offered to buy him dinner, due to him staying late to make sure we were 100% setup, but he politely declined. He is an outstanding employee!

They have done everything for us from new installs, annual servicing and system repair. I can always count on them because they are reliable, professional and responsive. This company took excellent care of my mothers plumbing issues. The first time they came out, Gary was able to fix a drainage issue that 2 other plumbers both attempted to fix. Each time, both plumbers stated that pipes would need to be replaced and both gave astronomical estimates to repair it. Gary fixed it in 10 minutes and did not have to do any of the things the other plumbers were going to do. For a fraction of the price. Have had him back out 2 more times now for 2 other jobs. Both times were just as flawless as the first. We had contacted numerous other plumbing companies in the area that were weeks out before they could even look at the issue before I remembered that Total Transformation was now doing plumbing as well as HVAC ( which I had also used in the past). I have known the owners of this company since 2005. Ryan and his family are truly great people in general and it seems that he has injected the same amazing values he has into his company. They are honest, professional, and dedicated to resolve whatever issues they are presented with. I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs from now on. 5 star service and professionalism without having to pay 5 star prices.

Ronnie and his crew got the job done in a reasonable time for a reasonable price. They
suggested we buy the item that needed replacing and saved us a couple of hundred dollars. We’re very satisfied with their work and will call them again.
