Excellent company with well-trained and personable employees. They have been in charge of maintaining, repairing, and replacing my HVAC systems for two decades.

I have been using Fann’s for about 10 years and they’ve always been great. I called them yesterday when my unit stopped working and this morning it is fixed. They always are professional, competent and courteous. They have never tried to push me to buy things I don’t need and I trust them. You can too! Thanks to the fine folks at Fann!

They replaced the fan motor on my unit. They had brought the right motor with them, and finished in less than an hour. Both men were very professional and courteous. Great visit. Very impressed.

James came quickly on a last-minute Friday evening and got our AC up and running so we did not have to wait over the hot weekend. He also performed complimentary cleaning of our units.

what a horrible experience, we called them out due to A/C not working, Fanns said we had no r-22 in the system. we had another company come out with digital gauges, the digital gauges from the 2nd un- named company actually show a vacuum being held within the system, which indicates to the 2nd un named company that Fanns (being the last people to touch my unit) vacuumed out our r-22,took it with them and told us we need a new unit due to a "leak". The system is holding a vacuum which indicates it is still a sealed unit that has had a vacuum pulled down on it by the last people to work on the unit (Fanns). I'm not sure who I spoke with but we had a 23 minute phone call where he beat around the bush on my question of why is the system holding a negative pressure (vacuum) after you're tech left my house. I was disrespected by whoever I was on the phone with and he became very aggressive saying "tell me the name of the other company so I can call them and tell them how dumb they are and what hillbillies do you have working on your unit, I'm NATE certified I bet none of those guys are I challenge them to show me there certification. if you worked with me I'd show you a thing or two, I bet there fresh out of TCAT and don't know nothing" with lots of colorful language. Then proceeded to hang up on me, I called them back and got a receptionist who was very rude and told me to never contact them again. THESE ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS!! I've never ran into a company that was so rude trying to resolve or explain an issue/customer concern especially with photographic evidence of a vacuum being pulled down on an r-22 unit, r-22 is like liquid gold to these guys they up charge it 10X's. pics below of 2nd un-named companies digital gauges showing a vacuum being held within unit after Fanns was here.

Fantastic service! It took less than 3 hours from the time we called until Bryson was able to get to our house and get our unit repaired!
