Service was fine. Kinda funny I had to pay $100 in advance to get them to come out even though we’ve been customers for years. I guess that’s the price you pay for others not doing right.

Been a customer for 25+ years. This week's service was great. They had to order blower motor for our 25 year old Amana. Kept me informed with the order status and treated us fairly with price.

We have used Fann’s for many years and highly recommend them. They are extremely reasonable and always offer quick service. We have had them replace an aged unit, as well as work on our HVAC systems and have always been pleased. Their entire staff is extremely professional and helpful. The fact that they are locally owned is a plus.

Despite not being a regular customer, and despite the ice storm that had so much shut down, two techs came to my house before lunch, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

James came out to do the Spring/Summer service on my heat pump unit. He gave the unit a good checking over and cleaning to make sure all systems were 'GO" and declared it ready for the warmer months. He also checked the filter to be certain it was not yet ready to be replaced (should be good till the end of this month.) I really appreciate the care that Fann's has always given to my unit to keep it in top working order!

I am very happy with the service I received from Fann's Air Conditioning and Heating! I called last Thursday with a problem on my still running extremely old unit (41 years old!!). Knowing I would most likely need to replace my unit, Jason Fann discussed the options and let me think about it. After I decided to purchase a new 3 ton unit, it was installed 2 days later. The install team did a terrific job and I couldn't be happier with my new heat pump!

The compressor on my hvac unit went out, and Fann's handled the warranty claim even though they're not the ones who installed the unit the (person I bought the house from had it replaced - I would have used Fann's).

It took 3 business days - between Christmas and New year's! Fantastic, as always!

Our furnace stopped Friday night. We called Fann A/C & Hat 7:30 am the next morning. We are not one of their customers. Bryce showed up at 10:30. He opened our furnace and quickly found the issue. 15 minutes, he was finished. Very thorough and courteous. We are not signing up for maintenance.

The tech who came to my home to check my unit was very nice. He shared his findings with me and let me know what my options were. I chose to get a new unit. Jason called and discussed the heating system prices with me. He quoted me a lower price for a cash payment. I thought his quote was reasonable and fair. The men who did the installation today were very nice and helpful. They went over the information in the packet with me. I had a very positive experience with Fann's Air Conditioning & Heating and appreciate how quickly they were able to get my unit installed.
