Another job well done by Armor Air! I called them to schedule the flushing of my tankless water heater and I was booked the next day! The next day, Tyson called and said that he could even come earlier than the appointed time which worked well with my schedule. Tyson got to work right away and the work was done with no incident! I really love working with Armor Air. I have encouraged my children to sign up with them as well. Best part is, this was all part of my membership with them so not a penny was spent for this round! God bless this company!

Thank you to Taylor 1st who was so friendly and helpful... I was in destress with the new purchase of my home and she made sure that someone came out the same day. Joey did everything humanly possible to help me out. And we discovered it was a bigger problem then we had thought initially. He was very cordial and respectful of me and my situation, he was just a super person to deal with

I was extremely pleased with service from Armor Air. Joseph was the tech who fixed a leak in my bathroom shower. He was very knowledgeable and explained what caused it, showed me the part he removed and what was required. He was very professional and courteous. I want to give a huge thank you to Joseph Hinson with Armor Air of Tennessee for doing a spectacular job during my plumbing system checkup as part of my membership agreement. Joseph was extremely thorough—he inspected all my pipes and fixtures throughout the house, including each bathroom and the kitchen.

When he flushed my water heater in the garage, he discovered that my surge tank was leaking. He gave me a fair and honest estimate to replace it, was able to get the part quickly, and even completed the repair during the same visit—all in one day!

I truly appreciate his attentiveness, professionalism, politeness, and personable attitude. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I understood the overall health of my home’s plumbing system. Excellent service from start to finish—thank you, Joseph!

My agent, Seth, was so wonderful to visit with! He explained the process & necessity of good & healthy air quality. I have 9 parrots, so for me it is important. Unfortunately, being a senior & on fixed income, the price of $1200-$1500 is out of the question at this time. Monthly payments are affordable at a later time. What I was really impressed with, is a picture of Seth was sent to me before he arrived. This is good for single seniors for safety. I felt Seth became a friend by the time he left. I will probably call back to go ahead in the Spring.

ARMOR AIR is the real deal! I cant recommend them enough. Expertise and experience in a new company that is growing. If you live within 50 miles of their main office. They are the only choice for HVAC and plumbing. Joe was a professional who has worked for those larger people and found a home at Armor. He knew exactly what the issues was. And threw me a clear and clean quote to repair it. I am excited for this unit to be worry free again thanks to Armor.

Tyson came in and assessed that he needed a specific part in order to complete the job. He didn't have it in stock but said that once it's ordered, they would be happy to come back to do the job. He only charged the $29 service fee as advertised. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

Exceptionally fabulous experience with Joe and Armor Air. The person who scheduled me was great as a well. We were able to get same day service even though the roads were icy and it was VERY very reasonable cost wise. Thank you!

Joseph came out to my home. He did a great job. I had a clog in my commode that wound up being a lot more complicated than just a clog. Joseph knew what to do and got right on it. I talked his ears off. He was so pleasant to talk to. He didn't mind me talking he just sat and listened to this old woman. He was very professional very courteous and knew what he was doing for sure. I love armor air and it's people like Joseph that make that happen.

Joseph did an amazing job on our project. We contacted ArmorAir to have a routine hot water heater flush but we were also interested in whole home water filtration. He was extremely professional, explained everything in plain terms, and answered all our questions. He didn’t try to pressure us into anything and showed us a wide range of options to meet our needs. We were very satisfied with both the installation and the great customer service.

This was my first time calling this company. I absolutely love kind and understanding technicians! It has been a while since I needed a plumber and my problem call was kind of simple and Joseph Hinson had a lot of knowledge to apply to the issue. I told him I can do a little fixing myself. :) A good conversation. He enjoys what he does and if ever I am in need again, I will call for him! Joe with Armor Air was very helpful! Our emergency heat stopped working and Joe took the time to listen to our issues, share tips for future cold nights, and got us up running very fast! He explained what happened, and broke down things to help it from not occurring again. Armor Airs pricing is great and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Seth LeMacks from Armor Air TN was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything about my vents and air duct cleaning, answered all my questions, and provided a clear and honest quote with no pressure at all. I really appreciated how informative and straightforward he was. Based on this experience, I highly recommend Seth and the Armor Air TN team.

Overall great experience. I was able to schedule for next day service. Joe was attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was able to quickly diagnose and repair the issue. I do think the price was a bit high. I've had a similar repair at a fraction of the the cost, Armor just added an extra part. I needed the job done and Armor Air was available.

In the end- we were taken care of, but it was a journey. Our fan would not shut off. 1st guy came in and replaced one part ( had to leave and get a part- took almost 90 mins), he put it in and them said the blower motor was also blown and that was out of stock and needed to be ordered. Asked for another tech to come take a look as well. A couple days later a different tech came in and said the motor was fine it was a part for the unit for defrosting and that part needed to be ordered, uhg. Then that part was on back order and we needed to run the unit on emergency heat until it comes in. The part was on back order for over 2 weeks. The part came in and a different tech came in, replaced that part and it worked, but there was something else wrong...it was the blower motor as well. The motor was in stock, but had to go get it...another hour and he was back. Installed and all working properly. The company completely took care of us on the back end. Will stick with them, just hope this is not a pattern.

When we first used Armor Air last year it was great which is what prompted us to sign up for the membership which gave us tune ups and discount on parts. But the last 2 times Armor Air has come out they completely messed up our unit. They claimed they did a tune up but didn’t clean the filter, didn’t put the filter back, they bent 2 wires causing that to almost be replaced. When they tried to clean out our filter they pumped a bunch of water into our unit and didn’t suck it back out so they left standing water. We had to spend 1,000 dollars to fix Armor Airs mistakes. Won’t go back to them

A huge thank you to Armor Air for outstanding service. We had multiple HVAC systems go down, and their team — especially Steve, Joe, and Caleb — stepped up right away. They diagnosed the issues, coordinated replacements, and had everything installed quickly and efficiently. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail gave us confidence throughout the process. Thanks to their hard work, our systems were back up and running in no time. We couldn’t be more appreciative of the expertise and dedication they brought to the job.
