Just wanted to update my review from recent service. Estes and Cain came out for a heat pump issue during the extremely cold nights a few weeks ago. They were quick to respond, resolved the issue and the fee was reasonable. They continue to give great service year after year.

I have used them on my home for several years and the owner and his staff are always professional and polite. They are honest and have reasonable prices typically less the large advertisers. Jim Estes is one of the most educated I have dealt with in the industry. I constantly recommend them to my clients and on occasion find out my clients already use they and they won't use anybody else.

I'm a relatively new customer to this wonderful company. Was referred to them by a friend last year and I cannot say enough good about them. The same technician has been to our house each time. He has taken his time and explained what he was doing each time. He remembered where the access to our attic was when I was tied up with my granddaughter. He took the time to answer questions from my very inquisitive 4 year old grandson. They not only do their job with skill but they are compassionate in their work.

Estes and Cain does a great job of caring for our HVAC systems. Honest and fair, I would recommend.

My heat was out and Estes & Cain was recommended by a neighbor. They had someone out the day after I called to access the problem (a broken motor). The part was ordered and is now fixed. Everyone I dealt with (Tate, the technician and Christi in the office) were super nice and efficient and best of all, the cost was not exorbitant. I hope I don't have to, but if I need service again I would definitely call them.

We had our primary heat fail on a holiday weekend. I called Estes and Cain and shortly thereafter owner Jim Estes called me back. Rather than charging me for an emergency call, he took the time to walk me through troubleshooting the issue and was able to diagnose the problem over the phone.

Because the repair required a part that was not available locally, he quickly ordered it and immediately sent one of his awesome technicians to complete the repair.

I cannot express how truly grateful I was to find their number when we did. Had an emergency over the weekend, where structural damage had occurred. Our home is less than 3 years old and ceiling was cracking from water coming through that we later found out was HVAC blockage. We called multiple companies, including the one who installed the unit. No reply. We contacted Parker’s and they were at our home on a Sunday within an hour. He fixed it quickly, affordable, and we are set up for continued maintenance to prevent issues from happening again. We will be customers for life. Highly recommend!

From the time we purchased our unit from Parker’s, we have had excellent service. The installation was done by true experts. They are always flexible with their service times and they are on time, every time. Our latest experience was more of the same. They worked with our schedule, they were on time, and they kept us informed of everything they were doing. This is a great company!

I called them in pinch for my business and they let me know that since I wasn't a part of their customer care program they couldn't come out on a weekend and look at my system. I had used them on a weekend in the past and called them first since they came out before and was shot down. They told me they could come out on Monday. My salon was 93 degrees inside and I couldn't let my stylists or my customers sweat. I will no longer be calling on them in the future.

We had Aiden come out and work on our unit and I was so grateful to have someone here who really understood this business. He explained the details around why our unit was not working and for the labor and parts, it was extremely affordable. Our plan is to use them for maintenance moving forward. I had Parker's install 2 heat pumps after my old ones had reached their end of life. David came out the same day our units went out and spent about an hour inspecting to give me a variety of options. David was very professional and knowledgeable about HVAC. He provided 4 very detailed quotes to give me more than just a cheap option. We ended up going with 2 Tempstar units with high SEER2 ratings. The installers were also professional and took their time to make sure everything was done correctly. So far the units are perfect. I wish I wouldn't have waited so long before replacing them. Ben Freeman was amazing. I felt like he went above and beyond and taking care of my unit he stayed longer than he had to-to make sure that it was working properly. I’ve had several people out to my place and none of them did that. I’ve lived here almost 9 years. Very grateful for Ben and Parkers Heating & Cooling. I literally called them last night and I got service today and Wasn’t on any plan.

Parker was the AC company that we used at my work. And I got another opinion & Parkers won. And the did a wonderful job & didn’t take forever to get it installed. I even got an upgrade HVAC that was out of reach with another company. And the people at Parker’s are fantastic!! You cannot go wrong with them. My technicians were so great!!
