Always prompt in our time of need. Great service and communication. Today 8/2/2024 , I called Estes & Cain. James himself came, he did the original install. Our air Handler is in our attic. The condensate drain was blocked and caused condensation to build in the emergency tray. It overflowed causing water damage. Jim cleared the clog, installed a new device to shut unit down if it happens again. Checked the system and all is good. I will continue to use Estes & Cain for all my AC repairs when needed. Thanks so much Jim.

We had Estes come out to service our system that wasn’t cooling. The technician stayed on the phone with someone else guiding him on what to do most of the time. He said he couldn’t find the freon leak and to call the office if we wanted them to come back out to try to find it but he ‘didn’t know how much that would cost’. We expected him to not charge the service fee or to receive a call to follow up from the office but neither happened. We were okay with him being young and needing guidance but not at our expense. We hired another company and they quickly found the leak.

Update to response: The tech was there an hour because he didn’t know what he was doing. He suggested filling it with Freon and just seeing if it stayed. That’s an expensive option. It is not the responsibility of the customer to pay for new hire training. The new company found the leak in less than 30 minutes.

Estes & Cain does regular maintenance on our system and I couldn't recommend them more. If you want an honest, professional tech to come check out your AC unit, give them a call. I never have to worry about them overselling or not showing up.

I was looking for a company in Murfreesboro that was a vendor for Trane as I had a really good experience with my previous Trane unit. I found Estes and Crane. The pricing was competitive. There was no scope creeping. They did a great job and completed on schedule. Would use them again 100%

Estes and Cain recently completed a full new system installation for me, as part of a larger project, and they did a fantastic job. The home owners have lived in the house for several years and portions of it have never gotten below 80 during the summer or above 50 during the winter. This year they have had a consistent 70 +/- temperature throughout the entire house. To say they are happy, would be an understatement.

I use them at my own house for fall and spring tune ups. My wife was impressed with the detail in their service and how the actually explain what they have tested and found.

And, if you have their annual service agreement, they will show up when you need them the most. Our capacitor blew and we lost cooling this summer. Kyle was there quicker than I could have hoped for (we have small kids). He had what he needed on the truck and had us back up and running in no time. No crazy after hours x3 $$$ rate even though it was 8:30pm on a Sunday.

We have used Estes & Cain since moving to our new home. Only 5 years old, we've had more trouble than we had hoped. Every 6 months a tech comes to do preventative maintenance and are ALWAYS very kind, professional and prompt. In the middle of the summer, we came home to NO AC. On a holiday, they answered our call and offered to come immediately. They found the problem, found our parts were under warranty and fixed the issue same day. They made us a priority and we are so grateful. Best service and care. We love them!

I was very pleased with this company. The original HVAC installer on my 3 yr old house who had performed the 6 month preventative maintenance each time sold his business so I called Estes and Cain. The technician (Parker) checked my unit and noticed it was not reading as it should. He asked me if I had noticed the unit not keeping up and I had noticed this when the temps were extreme ever since the house was built(summer and winter), I just thought that was normal on extreme temps and the unit not able to quite keep up. He thoroughly checked the unit and for duct work breaks to figure out the problem and ended up needing to add Freon and it has worked and kept up like a charm ever since, no matter how hot it has gotten. So essentially, the unit has been low ever since the house was built. I appreciate them and continue to use them.

I've had work done personally by Estes & Cain team and they've taken incredible care of us, our family, our pets, and our space. They are patient with us to ensure we are educated as much as possible before making any major HVAC decisions.

Excellent service. Quick response to troubleshoot my A/C thermostat problem. Tech did a thorough analysis, discovered the problem. and quickly reezolved the issue. The tech was very professional and provided me a "running" commentary of what he was testing and why. I was very impressed and pleased with thw whole process and outcome.
