Hudson came over to give me a quote for ev setup. He clearly explained all possibilities to install my ev charger as my main power is otherside of the house and its slab foundation. He was very clam and polite, knowledgeable as well.

Colton was polite and nice and didn't give up until the problem was fixed. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I have already told several people about Airstream Services and like me they're going to sign up for the yearly plan. This is awesome when your widowed and live on social security. It's very comforting to know that you don't have to worry about HVAC or plumbing or electric. I hope the other people that work for you are as nice and dedicated to fixing a problem as he was. Garrett from Airstream Team was fantastic. Our furnace replacement in a 1987 home came with several retrofitting challenges, and he handled them professionally and efficiently. He stayed until 11 pm on a cold February Friday night to make sure we had heat, which we truly appreciated. Outstanding work ethic, great attitude, and excellent results. I had an unpleasant experience with another HVAC company and contacted Dan to assist via referral from one of my family members. I am very glad that I did. Dan is honest, trustworthy and truly cares about his customers.

I originally called to get a quote for a new HVAC unit after another company told me I needed a full replacement. Instead, they carefully checked everything, found the actual issue, and were able to repair it saving me a lot of money. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I called Monday to see if someone could come out that day because our air conditioner wasn’t working and we had tried to install a new thermostat and were having problems with it. You were able to get someone to us within an hour. Dan came to look at our thermostat and got it hooked up for us and then found the problem with our air conditioning unit. Our fan blade had come unscrewed and ended up warped. Dan finished up what he could and said he would call and order the fan blade. Yesterday (4/8/25) I received a text from Dan letting me know the blade was ordered and would be in this Friday and would that be okay. I said that was fine as it wouldn’t be getting overly hot before then. This morning (4/9/25) I get a text from Dan that the blade is in and he can come by this morning to fix it. Dan was in and out in about an hour or so and my air conditioner is working like it should.

Thank you Dan and Road Runner Heating and Cooling for the great service. We will definitely call you guys again for our heating and cooling needs.

I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!

Our 17yr old unit stopped working with it 90 degrees outside. Dan was able to come out same day and found the problem within minutes. It was a simple safety switch triggered by moisture, which he dried out while explaining my system to me. In this industry I don’t doubt someone could have taken advantage of us with parts and labor, we were expecting huge costs, but Dan was honest and beyond helpful for us. Highly recommend and planning to go back once our system does kick the bucket!

I thought our central air unit wasn’t cooling properly so I called for repair. Road Runner was so quick to respond. They called to let us know when they were coming and when they were almost here. They could have easily told me we needed a major repair and I wouldn’t have known the difference. Instead, they thoroughly checked our unit, spending well over an hour checking every component and servicing it and let me know my air unit was running perfectly. It’s been running awesome ever since there. Want a HVAC repair company with integrity? I can’t recommend them enough.

Our Technician was so great. Our property management company was so difficult and did not want to approve any repairs, but our Technician Dan worked with us consistently going back and forth with our property management company over a period of several days to get our AC replacement approved and installed.

Zane was very thorough, knowledgeable and efficient during the service on our tankless water heater. We definitely know who to call in the future if we have issues again!

I had a pipe burst and called. They were able to get a tech out the same day. Jesse H. was fantastic and incredibly helpful by giving me multiple levels of fixing the problem. He had the part on his truck and got my water on in 2 hours. Incredibly professional. I will definitely be using Roscoe brown again. Thank yall for an easy fix during a headache! Jesse H. Outstanding work. Had to replace our entire HVAC unit. Workers were very professional and helpful in explaining how the new system works.

Asked for help with crawlspace issues. Tech. came out and gave a quote and said that he 100% a duct replacement would alleviate the issue. After the initial work and 3 more visits, still in the same situation. /calls have not been answered even by the Local Manager. Called the Corporate Manager and got there attention, to no avail. Still the same. I give up!!! and will never recommend any of their companies. Should not even have given 1 star.

Great Experience! I had a quote from another company that was $1k more than what I paid with Roscoe Brown. Technicians (Dillon and Gabriel) were amazing! They were kind and very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend!!

Had both my HVAC cleaning and plumbing maintenance a couple months ago by Roscoe Brown. Felipe did a great job with the plumbing, got the ring off a toilet with some powder, and found a faucet that was starting to leak. Nolan tackled the HVAC and got everything ready for the winter; and the unit has been running great in these freezing temperatures!

Nolan and Gage were top notch doing my maintenance this morning. Nolan was an excellent trainer to Gage and explained everything to me as well! Would like to have this dynamic duo back for my next maintenance.
