When my 14 year old packaged unit went out, they quickly came out to diagnose. The technician showed me the issue and we discussed the cost to repair. That discussion made my decision to replace with a new unit very easy. They had a new high efficiency unit at my house the next day. Installation went great! The technicians were very knowledgeable & friendly and explained the features and how to operate the new system & thermostats. I highly recommend Roscoe Brown to anyone!

Jamie and Nathan D were awesome today! They helped resolve two problems with professionalism and kindness. So appreciate Roscoe Brown’s service over the years!

Hunter Campbell did a fantastic job! He even noticed some of my duct work was compressed and fixed it. Not even sure how long it had been like that. He was courteous and thorough.

Just had Roscoe Brown tech, Nathan, complete a maintenance call on my heat & air unit. Nathan was very thorough cleaning the unit, including taking after photos of the unit with the panels off. We could see what a good job he did. He inspected the duct work under the house, which gives me peace of mind, as I'll never go under there myself. I've used Roscoe Brown for years but Nathan was a standout in regards to doing a really good job, being friendly, and knowledgeable. 5 stars. Hope I get Nathan next time.

I started using Roscoe Brown two years ago for my HVAC system. Everyone I have met talked to and worked with has been incredibly down to earth and hard working. I highly recommend them. Ask for Nathan if you need someone to come out. I thought he did a great job at my annual service and reviewed options that might benefit my house.

Old heat pump died after 10 years and installation company gone. Hit the web looking for two specific heat pump names. Contacted RB for information. They replied quickly, answered my questions and gave me information that was something to think about. Called Seth back with more questions and scheduled Carrier install. Install went smooth, cleanup done well.

Alex (plumbing) from Roscoe Brown was fantastic. Explained all service and was EXTREMELY thorough. Serviced tankless water heater and all drains (work like new). Highly recommend this service. Additionally, the scheduling team has excellent communication and in touch entire time. We appreciate you all !!

Mr. Nathan Bystrom visited our home on 1/22/26 to check our heating and cooling system so we are by to let Roscoe management that Mr. Bystrom is a very value employee, he was very professional, knowledgeable, very honest, easy to understand the technical terms. We have used Roscoe Brown for almost three decades. They always do quality work at a fair price. I have to brag on the two technicians who helped us this week. While performing our regular maintenance service call, Hunter Campbell found a hole/tear in the main floor ductwork. He showed us the video and explained how condensation had gotten in the duct work. There was a lot of water (and who knows what else) in the ductwork. The next day, technician Anthony Major came out and replaced the damaged ductwork for us. We are thankful Hunter did a thorough inspection and found the damage. Both Hunter and Anthony were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks to them both for a job well done!

First, my wife and I would like to say congratulations to Mark Weber on his promotion. He came out to do our air unit at home at a different time and I wasn’t able to get the review out. We had a $500 electric bill for a couple months. He took the time to find out that it was our Emergency heat that was not clicking off at the same time it was cooling. Now we are $400 cheaper on the electric.That was an amazing job!

Today we had an opportunity to have Christian Stark with a colleague,AJ,that’s new to the team. They were on training mode during our time. They did an amazing job as well. Christian was training as well as looking for any concerns. He took pictures and videos of the job, which was very helpful when going over some issues around the house or just acknowledging that things were good.
We never have anything negative to say about Roscoe Brown.

Christian had some good advice on our units condition (one that is holding on pretty strong for 12 years of age)and they also found a wire that needed to be fixed.
I had a concern of cold air in our top floor during the winter, and he suggested more insulation due to a measurement that he calculated for us and what was normally to be expected to maybe help with those rooms being colder than the rest of the house.
Christian Stark reached out to Cam at Roscoe Brown to get us a quote appointment to maybe have that taken care of in the near future.
My wife did a DIY on the hose from the air unit so that the condensation that was released did not go under the unit,but in the grass. Christian changed it out with a PVC which was better than a metal tube she found to use in the time. That is what I mean, Roscoe Brown has some great employees that go out of their way to make things better.
Both guys were very polite, pleasant to work with and considerate with putting covers on the shoes when entering. The ground was above wet today.

I had such a great experience with our plumbing technician, Greg. He came out to fix our water heater and was incredibly knowledgeable, timely, and kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what was going on and walked me through the repair in a way that was easy to understand.

It’s rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely thoughtful in how they approach their work, but Greg was exactly that. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free!!

I’m so grateful for his professionalism and the peace of mind he provided. I would absolutely recommend Greg Balgas to anyone needing plumbing help. He’s fantastic!

Needed a toilet drain and water lines moved in our home. Mabry and Avery arrived on time and got to work. The project took longer than they thought it would, but they we persistent and stayed into the evening to get our water back on. They needed to return to correct a couple of things and did so kindly and with care for our home. Mabry and Avery are admirable young men and welcome back.

Elvin came out for our 6-month AC maintenance and was so friendly and thorough. He detected a pretty big clog in our drain line and worked diligently to get it unclogged, even calling in backup from his coworker Mani (not sure if I am spelling his name correctly, sorry). Nathan came out on a different day to install our iFlo and was super efficient! Both Elvin and Nathan took the time to explain things to me and were very professional. Would definitely recommend Roscoe Brown!

The service at Roscoe Brown is amazing! From my initial phone call with Tommy who got me set up with a money saving annual maintenance plan to customer service getting me a fast appointment for my water leak. Then Greg came out to service my home. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, clean and saved me money by having the perfect high quality kitchen faucet replacement on his truck which coast less than the cheaper model I had picked out at Home Depot. Request Greg when you call for an appointment!

w/o 2853820....Wow! Fellipa (sp?) was fantastic. Our experience from placing a call to you and having a speedy response was the first step of our positive experience. We had a water leak with water heater. Turned out to be expansion tank leak. Fellipa arrived and assured us he can get us fixed up. Although he looked like he was 17 years old, (younger folks look younger as we get older! lol), his confidence put us at ease. He was very thorough and assessed the problem. He explained what was wrong and what would be necessary to fix it. He took his time and fixed the problem. Despite having another job after ours, he never rushed or seemed agitated that it had been a long day and he was leaving our house at 6pm to the other job. We were very impressed with Fellipa. He was calm, professional, kind and not only fixed our problem, he mentioned your no obligation plumbing maintenance plan. We definitely signed up as we know this was a minimal price and this yearly service will help us preserve the life of the water heater. We have confidence that should any problems present themselves, we are in great hands with Fellipa and Roscoe Brown!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

I cannot believe what just happened. I submitted a form for service at 3:05PM. Heard from Brianna at 3:06PM via text and she was the most kind. Then, I received a call at 3:36PM that a technician was available and could head my direction. Nathan B. arrived within 15 mins. He was the absolute best. Was so helpful. Was so knowledgable. Was so kind. He diagnosed the problem immediately, had a part in his truck, installed it, and boom. It's 4:32PM right now and he left 10 mins ago. Everything fixed. All is well. AMAZING RB!

Operating as a general contractor for my customer, Tom and Cesilie We hired Roscoe Brown Plumbing to change out a hot water heater tank and install a tankless water heater. I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and character and hard-working efforts of Mabry Burnet. It was a pleasure to have him on the job site. He worked diligently kept the job site, spotless and all the right tools and all the right attitude. I would definitely request Mabry On my next plumbing job or installation, I give him a five star rating and the company for hiring such a capable young man. It’s good to see the craftsmanship is still alive and well in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

Luc and Zane did an incredible job repairing the 25 year old lime-crusted valve coming out of my water heater!!!

They also replaced the lines coming in and out of it and added new shut off valves, but kept running into complications. They were incredibly dedicated, persistent, and meticulous. They stayed late until they got the job done perfectly.

I truly appreciate them - if they show up at your house, consider yourself lucky! Luc and Zane will take great care of you! My hot water pressure is now perfect!!!!

I recently purchased my home Dec 10th, 2025. There was information in the packet to contact this company to extend the warranty of the HVAC system. Since Dec 10th, I have called and left messages 7 times (most recent today 1/20/26) with no return call. Its all been the same message of " someone will get back with you." This has not been a great experience with this company.
