We had our bi- annual HVAC maintenance done today. Desaray was our technician and we were extremely pleased with the job she did. Not only did she service both units, she took the time to explain the issues of concern she had regarding used and worn parts that needed replacing. She gave us more than one option and quoted us what the cost would be prior to performing the actual maintenance. She took pictures of the parts and then after replacing them, showed us the old parts.
We have been using A/C Plus for over 10 years and continue to be very pleased with the company and their technicians.

Mark Woodard came out to check the plumbing and we ended up needing a new water heater. He was very nice and the most professional! Explained the issues to me and then my husband very patiently! Highly recommend.

Horrible. Had someone come do a standard “beginning of season check up” for our rental property (system is only a year old and is in perfect condition). They blew a fuse and didn’t tell us and left my tenant without AC for 24hrs. There is no email to send messages to. Their call service people are nice and well trained but the ownership is terrible and we did not get a resolution.

Mark came to my home yesterday for a plumbing inspection and he was outstanding! He looked into an issue we were having with a toilet that doesn’t properly drain and also cleaned our tankless water heater. What a nice, professional man! We are big fans of A/C Plus Heating & Cooling and plan on remaining with them for years to come. Thank you all so much! We also appreciate that you’ve been available to come to our home the same day, when needed, unlike our previous heating & cooling company who said they couldn’t come out for a WEEK when we had an upstairs unit leaking.

Mark did my plumbing inspection today and was very thorough. He found a leak I didn't know about and fixed it quickly. AC plus has been great to work with and has taken good care of me over the years.

We have used A/C Plus for several years now for heating and cooling. They are always easy to work with and quick to respond. The technicians are always knowledgeable and friendly. This year is our first year also using the plumbing services and Mark Woodard has been a delight and pleasure to work with. He took care of several issues quickly and professionally. I'll continue using A/C Plus for all my heating, cooling, and now plumbing needs!

Wanted to say that in the past 2 weeks we had you all come out and check on our units. We have the membership plan. They fixed our ac unit (Brian) and then they came and did a review of our plumbing (Mark).

I recently purchased a new home and relocated to Tennessee. One morning my heat went out and this company’s name was on the sticker of the HVAC unit. The GM, Justin, worked with Jason to get me a great deal and establish a solid working relationship with us as new homeowners.

There were some initial communication issues with the outsourced scheduling department and my contact number, but I truly appreciate that the team didn’t ignore the situation. Once it reached the right people, they handled it quickly and professionally.

Mark W was awesome. Was able to show up within hours of my call, super thorough too. I was expecting to have my tankless water heater serviced but he checked everything in the plumbing system and even cleared a couple slow drains for me. Really please with AC Plus

I will be more than happy to call on these guys again due to their expertise, friendly attitude, quality workmanship and fairness in price for any upgrades or repairs for my HVAC system in the future. I had 4 different popular HVAC Companies to give me a estimate for repairs and some upgrades but after looking at all my options, these guys blew the others out of the park. I would recommend A/C PLUS to all of those in need of any HVAC installation or repairs.

Excellent service! Hayden O, the AC tech, arrived in this extremely cold weather, troubleshooted and diagnosed the issue, fixed everything efficiently, and made sure the unit was running perfectly before leaving. Professional, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. Highly recommend!

Mark was on time came in and did a great job on my clog. Told me what he was doing and very professional. After the service he told me about the specials they have at his company and we talked about me getting a better toilet.just top notch and he will be our guy from now on. Hayden did a great job. He was very thorough and explained everything to us. He completed our spring maintenance and helped us with some preventative measures to keep our units running efficiently. I will be requesting Hayden for our next maintenance call.

AC Plus has been maintaining our gas pack and split unit for many years, ever since they installed them. I have always felt that they have given me good advice and correct information on replacement parts with reasonable prices to keep our units running properly. We will probably need a replacement split unit in the next 3-5 years and will rely on AC Plus to recommend and replace the unit with something that will best fit our requirement.

Great company and customer service! Found out we needed new HVAC units after system maintenance. The order was handled quickly and they gave several options to fit our budget. Dylan, Jeremy, and NJ plus his team, made the installation efficient and they were all very friendly. We have been AC plus members for years and are very satisfied with their service and care.

You know I've been doing business with this company for 20 years. Had a little bit of a disagreement and they did everything they could to make it right. They've taken care of my homes. They have tended to my needs and they were attentive when I did have a disagreement with them. The way that a company reacts when you have a dispute tells you a lot about them. I'm super impressed. They've gone above and beyond to make this old customer feel appreciated. This goes for air conditioning and Plumbing. My Plumbing expert Mark Woodard outstanding. Very attentive and very informative.

I woke up Sunday to having no heat in my house. I called A/C Plus and Brian showed up. He checked the unit and took pictures to show me the problems. He wanted to get me a 2nd opinion so Monday Jeremy came to do that. By Tuesday David and Miguel showed up to install my new system and repair my ductwork under my house. All of these guys were really polite and very professional with their jobs. I will recommend A/C Plus to anyone that needs their service! Thank you guys!

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with heating and air. Harvey was so knowledgeable and experienced. Not only did he give an extremely thorough tune up but he educated me on how to care for my unit in the future.

Update: after my review an operational manager called me. They sent a very experienced technician that found the problem (very simple fix). Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what it was when I told him about the sound. He still checked everything in the unit to ensure nothing else was wrong.
The unit appears to be fixed and not making loud noises.

We have to use this company through our home warranty. I have alway used Tedder company for our hvac they are outstanding by the way. AC plus is by far the worst company I have dealt with not only in hvac world but entirely. They don’t call back, they don’t have people available to talk on the phone. They send techs an entire hour late then what was scheduled- no explanation no apology. The techs are not experienced. My unit is so LOUD and waking up my son at night. They say it’s compressor but it’s working so they won’t replace it under warrant but admit it’s very loud. A manager was supposed to get involved and call me BUT NEVER did. I have called multiple times no manager available to talk to and no one will call back. Terrible awful company. I will never use after this warranty is over.

The worst service I've ever received and an inexplicable scam from this company. It all started when, after living in our new house for three weeks, we hadn't yet set up a gas contract. When the gas company came, they indicated there was a leak and recommended A/C Plus as one of the companies to contact.

A/C Plus came to our property. Initially, they informed us that the diagnostic fee would be $89, which we accepted. During the visit, the technician claimed there were several gas leaks. He said he repaired three leaks but couldn't locate the main leak and recommended replacing all the gas piping in the house, even indicating that it would be necessary to break through walls and floors. The total estimated cost was approximately $6,800, less $800 for the work he supposedly performed that day, an amount they demanded we pay immediately.

My husband requested that the valves be checked, since the house had only been purchased three weeks earlier, the gas had worked correctly during that time, and it had passed two inspections in October without any problems being reported. The technician insisted that the valves were not the problem and continued to insist on the need for extensive internal demolition.

We paid $814 that day. Although a follow-up visit was scheduled, we postponed it due to a lack of confidence in their diagnosis.

Two weeks later, we hired another professional who confirmed that the gas leak was external, located at the grill connection, and not inside the house. No walls or floors needed to be broken.

A/C Plus did not fix the problem, provided an incorrect diagnosis, and charged us $814 for work that solved nothing. They refused to provide any explanation or refund.

I have used AC PLUS for many years for preventative maintenance. I was concerned about the state of my unit following the ice storm and Hayden was promptly dispatched to identify the problem. We ultimately decided to replace the system and was treated very fair in the sales process. The AC PLUS installation team made up of David, JB, and Austin were extremely professional, polite, and easy to talk to through the process, along with Jason's follow up to make sure we were satisfied. I'm not an HVAC expert but anyone can easily tell they take pride in their work. No corners were cut. They wanted it to be done right the first time. Everything was cleaned up and installed in a professional and tidy way. I highly recommend their services and will continue to use them for regular maintenance.
